I have been using this product for a couple of months now and my hair is thicker. I had some stress spots in my hair and this has been a great addition to my hair care! I’m not very good with taking vitamins so this did take some getting used to because they taste like vitamins but the results are worth it!

Bought these for just overall hair health hoping it would help with shedding and I still shed quite a bit. Just finished the bottle and maybe some extra length has occurred but the hair fall out is just as bad as it was before taking supplements for it.

Ok, so I have been experiencing some serious fallout. I decided to give these vitamins a go based on all the positive reviews. I've been using them for about a week and have noticed some new growth while combing my hair. As I part my hair, I can see some little sprouts poking up throughout my crown where I've noticed the most thinning, so I can see that the product is already working in filling whatever deficiency may have caused the thinning. I am VERY happy so far. These are vitamins so it will have that classic vitamin taste, but really that's not a big deal. I notice that the Vitamin B also has been giving me a little energy boost which was much needed so I appreciate that. It will not affect the hair you already have on your head, so anybody who says their hair feels softer is probably just using a better conditioner, but it will kick start your growth, and that's what really counts. I would DEFINETELY recommend.

I decided to try these Nice Hair supplements after my big chop from going blonde! My blonde hair was damaged, dry, and brittle. After the big chop, I never want to cut my hair again. I am well into my second bottle of Nice Hair supplements. These are easy to swallow and you only take two a day! It's important to stay hydrated and drink water while taking them or any supplement. It's been about 4 months and my curls are stronger and healthier! I am very much looking forward to seeing how long my hair has grown by the end of this year. I would definitely re-repurchase!

Love this product! Within a few weeks of taking this supplement, I noticed the top of my hair where I typically "tease" my roots feel a little bit stronger and less thin. My hair has some strength again and feels a little more full after just a few weeks! It is also finally GROWING! I've received many compliments that my hair looks very healthy and shiny, and people are saying that my hair looks longer! I am very happy with this and will continue to use this product. I've ordered Hey Girl supplements for other things as well and have been very happy with the results!

Compared to my go to Upnourish Lustrous Hair, here’s my take on Hey Girl:Cost = 8Flavor = 5 (capsules yet still an odd taste)Ease to swallow = 9 (capsules rule, 10 if not for the flavor)Results = 7I only have been using this for the past month after trying something else but I have seen similar results (positive) to Upnourish. Def my second go to for sure.
