Q: Are these suler stretchy?

Yes, they are stretchy. Warner changed the design and eliminated the hemmed edge around the legs. If you actually have a bottom, they do not stay in place. I will not purchase them again because I do not like buying a brief that ends up being a thong. Keep in mind, I am 69 and have children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. It has been a long time since I had a skinny bottom. LOL

Q: It says true to fit. But where is the size chart? to know what is true to fit?

They go in sizes x small, small, medium, large, x large and 2x I believe. They are spot on and so very comfortable. The link above is only showing L-2x. In my personal case, they are true to size with plenty of flex room.

It's definitely thinner material and rides up which is very annoying. The seams are also different. I'm not happy with the changes either!
