Comfortable but leakage after 4 hours
Size as specified fits well but instead of lasting for 6-7 hours , it only lasts 3-4 hours but it may depend on everyone's individual urine output too.I wish it was more absorbent or they made diapers that took care of higher flow.

Retention and absorbancy is not too great. Material also thinner, many tore from seams (side)
Unfortuantely, so far none of the adult diapers purchased from Amazon seem to have been too good. I've tried Friends, Kare-In and this one. None of them have very good absorbency or moisture retention. Needs change after three hours or so. Also this one seems to tear relatively easily from the seams (side heat stitches) when patient twists and turns at night. I won't say this is terrible or very bad, but I had higher hopes given the positive reviews.OTOH, my experience with an imported brand (was manufactured in Malaysia) was much much better, but I do not remember that brand and not able to find the same in local pharmacy. Will keep looking.

Good quality and tension free
I bought this item for my parents last month and quality is very good.there is no tension of leakage and smell.I am very satisfied with this product.moew over it is not Chinese,however the prices has been increased over 50rupees since last month.329-379 per 10 pieces.

Honor
Really this diaper make a magic. Because my 67yr old father have a problem not even have a controlling power to control the urine so I chose someother brand but he felt that we treat him like a patient he never wore that kind of diapers. When I saw this honor brand use it like a panties. My father now happily wore this diaper in the night time. Really very thanks to amazon and honor brand.

Inferior quality
Very bad product, i made mistake by trying this brand, used 2 pants else it will not work due to low quality of padding. Hence, cost for each wear doubles. Will never try this brand in future. Feel cheated.
