This quickly became my favorite seat in the house. It is VERY comfortable, and I get compliments from everyone that visits. The assemble is fairly easy too which I assembled this hanging chair myself (but it would have been easier if I had a second person to assist).It’s bouncy when you are sitting in it, so make sure you tie the string to the pole in the back to keep it steady.The price is good, fast shipping & the quality is great and sturdy. I rate this chair 5 stars.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this chair. I really shopped around. The Luckyberrry egg chair and stand gave me the quality I was looking for at a nicely affordable price. Everything else I looked at in this range was at least a $100 more. It was easy to assemble and remains sturdy 2 months later with daily use, including my daughter's dog dive-bombing into it at least twice a day. She has it outside on her tiny apartment patioand it's a perfect fit. I'm back to buy one for my outdoor deck.There were some issues with delayed delivery, but that is not unusual with bigger, bulky items like this... and this was purchased during the holiday shopping season which undoubtedly was a factor. I must say the merchant was very good at keeping me posted throughout the delays, answered my emails within a day and went out of their way to make it right. Like I said, I'm back to buy another one from the same merchant. In spite of slow delivery, they earned my return business through good customer service. They should teach other merchants on here how to do it right!

I bought this for my mom for Mother's day. It arrived in two days and was delivered directly to her door (huge plus because its one box and shes a small woman).The chair itself is awesome. She assembled it right away and had no problems building it on her own. There was some damage to one of the pieces (probably due to shipping as the box was not in good condition when it arrived) but she refused to send it back because she wanted to sit in it that day. I told her a new one would arrive in a day but she taped up the damage and kept it anyways (small woman but stubborn).I wrote to customer service just to let them know about the damage and they insisted they send a replacement. The customer service was the best I have experienced. They apologized, responded promptly, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the product.My mom is so pleased, she is buying a second one for my dad for fathers day.Everything about this product, company, experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

This item was not hard to put together at all. The instructions are minimal and basically pictures but it really straightforward. It's an awkward item so it's best to have two people if you don't want to use both hands, arms, legs and feet. I'm 5'3 and I was able to get both together in a couple hours. it is comfortable and sturdy. The reason for 4 stars is because the 2nd chair I assembled was bent and not as flush as the first one and the wicker wrap was covering the holes partially so it was difficult to screw the bolts. I had to move the wicker enough to screw in the bolts without the wicker splitting. Overall not too bad.

It took me about an hour to put together. No indications of what piece is what side (lettering). Terrible instructions but kinda easy to figure out. Seat cushion is large and comfy. It looks very nice once put together. Couple issues with one of them being a major one. First; wicker material can be of different color shading, though it's not a major problem. Second; the base isn't sturdy and doesn't fit properly. As soon as I start swinging even just a bit, the base starts wobbling. I tried the plastic feet and that didn't help. It's very annoying actually because, the base kinda lifts of the ground about an inch when you swing and falls down quick making a noise and weird kickback feeling. When i was installing the base, i knew from there it wouldn't be sturdy. I even used extra washers with the nut to secure it tightly which helped a bit but didn't resolve the issue. So, at the end, I don't really recommend it done it's almost 400 bucks and the base isn't cut/made properly.

The chair itself is incredibly nice. It's so comfortable that you could fall asleep in it and it looks great. We just assembled it on the deck and that's the perfect place for it.The boxing of the product wasn't great, but all parts were included and it worked. The instructions have no wording and only pictures and diagrams. It took my son and I about 45 minutes assembling it. Most of the assembly is putting in screws to get the bracket (seat and backside) together. The base is relatively easy.

when I was assembling the unit I noticed a small break in the weave on the left side unit. I took a photo and posted on my amazon feed that I wanted to replace the right unit even though I had assembled it as it was a 55th wedding gift for my wife. Within hours a rep from Luckyberry was in contact and gave me a direct # to send a photo. Thirty minutes later they texted me and said that they would send a new section immediately. I said no rush- 3 days later the section arrived. Amazing customer service. My wife loves her nest chair and says the chair pad is very comfortable. Guess I agree as I sat in yesterday to test it and fell asleep. Love the chair. My customer rep was amazing. Love the personal service . 5 stars all around.

I ordered this chair in July and I love it. I bought it for my home office to read and meditate. But my 3 sons probably love it more than me. My younger ones (6 & 7) love to get their blankets and take naps in it. It has become my oldest son’s go-to seat. I did have an issue with the top half of the egg BUT I must say that the customer service I received was top notch. They were very responsive and provided an immediate resolution to my problem that I was extremely happy with. If you have any doubts about purchasing this chair, just get it. You will not be disappointed at all.
