Description
- Carbon fibre reinforced, spring-loaded carbide rod made of polyamide, firmly attached to each blade
- Two different angles between the knife and the sharpening bar give two grinding steps
- 1. The tool is sharp and the material is much removed (the blade tip is downwards when pulled).
- 2. Paring knife (fine deburring) (inclined when pulling)
