So far, this Tostitos Dip is my go-to first choice for just tortilla chips and dip!!! It's so danged delicious!!! At first I thought it was too spicy and I was planning on diluting it with a little sour cream, but then suddenly, I liked it as it is, which is great because when you're hungry and need "grab and go" food, you're not going to want to mess around with adding the sour cream. Tortilla chips and salsa is just too tomatoey for me, and tortilla chips with refried beans is too bland (but would be greatly improved with this Tostitos Dip alongside!! Win-Win, plus the combination of tortilla chips and refried beans gives complete protein, so that's a plus which this Tostitos Dip makes possible. Now that I have the great tortilla chips and dip combination locked down, I'm freer to experiment with making things for and with tortilla chips, such as nachos, guacamole, and cowboy caviar ---things which take more time than just using this excellent Tostitos Dip.
