Customer service is getting me a new complete sent tomorrow. I will revise again if it is a dud!I had hoped I would love this for more than 6 months! I used it and it was very comfortable. It is now 6 months later and the entire electrical part is dead. It plugs in, the lights come on and then immediately goes out. It is fully charged but will not work.I am very sad because I really did like using this.

I found this after a visit to my dentist of 20+ years for a cleaning which I get every 6 months. I complained that my teeth were stained and I got no response. So I found this gadget and I’m so glad I did. It was easy to use and it removed the stains. Now I’m looking for a new dentist.

Great product for removing plaque and build up! I haven't been to the dentist in a while and accumulated a bit of build up behind my teeth. I used this and it was super easy to use and it got rid of all the build up. And it didn't hurt or feel uncomfortable like I figured it would. I'm impressed!

I actually bought this to help me clean stuff. Not for dental work and I love it. I bought it to help give pedicures and my acrylic sets. I am happy with it. It really great quality.I also use some of the tool to scalp roses and shape in acrylic it perfect for that

Honestly, this has to be one of the best electronic toothbrushes for the price. It comes as a kit with removable cleaning heads and a mouth mirror to see what you're doing while you're removing plaque. What makes it even better, it is powered by a USB! Some of my previous rechargeable electronic toothbrushes had other chargers that if lost then you're just out of luck. It has a strong enough vibration for cleaning the plaque off of your teeth and it even has a small LED light to provide a little more light to help you see what you're doing.

I love the way me teeth feel after using this. The little pick gets right into the nooks and crannies and does it job! It’s nice that it has several of them so I can use it on the kids too. They think it’s funny. Great way to keep your family’s teeth hygienic!

This item exceeded my expectations by so much. Finally something I can use to get off the calculus out of my teeth at home. The three speeds make it extremely easy to get off any tough stuff stuck on teeth. Also, it comes with a light that shines in the area of the tool so it's especially helpful for the back of teeth and areas closer to the gum. It's a super good toothbrush as well!! I bought a really popular new trendy toothbrush and found this one has more impact because of the vibrating strength. I absolutely cannot imagine my dental hygiene without this tool anymore.

I have attempted to charge this product several times. It did turn on and vibrated for a few seconds, then shut down. I do not understand. I tried different outlets at home, even a few different chargers that connect to the cable wire provided. If I can not get this working this morning, unfortunately will have to return and get refund.
