Pretty nice, with caveats.
Just got my 20 and 18mm straps. Initial impressions are basically good. It looks good, the weaving design of this kind of bracelet let's you adjust the sizing very precisely, which is nice and one of the big reasons why I got it. It's pretty comfortable, another reason why I got it, and the quality is fair. I've seem similar NATOs that are the same or better quality. However, there do seem to be a couple small issues. It may be my fault for not researching this type of bracelets a bit more closely, but, as others have mentioned, the material. I assumed this material was more of a mesh with a stretchy consistency, like spandex etc. It is not however. It is very similar to a nato strap, yet more plastic feeling than nylon. Very stiff. It's not really uncomfortable, but just not what I was expecting or hoping for. I wouldn't say it's bad, it looks cool and is pretty comfortable, but know what you're getting when you order one. Still, if that worked for you, I recommend it.

Great for use with a diving or sports type watch!
I have problems with skin irritation underneath larger rubber straps that come with most sport watches, as the skin doesn't seem to able to breathe and can cause a rash. I have some dressy watches with leather straps but those aren't exactly water friendly, and I can't swim with them. These are woven nylon and solve that problem permanently. Not only that, they are lightweight but tough enough to wear for sports activities and as your everyday beater watch, and the dual spring bar mounting method (watch goes over and under, so your skin breathes and dries off sweat and other moisture from underneath the watch back. It also helps against accidental loss, since if one spring bar breaks or falls out, the other still has a grip on the watch. Recommended!

Good with a bit of work
As other reviewers have noted, the end of the band behind the buckle is rough. The heat sealing leaves points on the end of the weave. A few minutes with an emory board, nail file or equivalent will fix the issue. It's worth it to get the fine grained adjustment the band provides. The black isn't a soot or flat black. It's slightly glossy and has a sheen in sunlight. A nice effect it that's what you're after.I'm using the black band on a Timex Weekender and the combination looks bulky on my 6.75 wrist. Not what I was expecting but not bad either. It's still a lighter looking combo than my Casio dive watch (MDV-106) on an oyster bracelet.

Pros: Material itself is very light and breathable. ...
Pros: Material itself is very light and breathable. You can set it to any size, as the metal tab can find a hole anywhere you push it through. Cons: The material (where they have burned/melted the ends to prevent fraying of the nylon material) is very irritating against the soft skin of the under side of the wrist. There are 2 spots this happens. 1 is the back of the little "loop" that's meant to slide the excess strap into. This can be remedied by rotating the harsh edge so it is not on the backside of the strap. The other place is on the backside of the buckle, there that end of the strap rubs against the wrist. I'm gonna try and coat this rough edge with some back nail polish, to hopefully smooth out that harsh edge a bit. It's worth it for the lightweight and breathable aspect of the strap. You won't get sweaty underneath this strap when it's warm out.

Infinitely adjustable & very comfortable.......
At this writing, I've owned & used this product for just over a month, and I am extremely pleased with this watch strap. As it is infinitely adjustable, it is very comfortable to wear all day long.I have had no 'skin irritation' issues with this strap. The Perlon material looks great. It allows the strap to be worn for sport or business. When considering this purchase, the deciding factor for me was the seller's (Wrist And Style) pro-active customer support shown on the Amazon product Questions & Comments section. Kudos to Wrist And Style.I definitely recommend this product.

Love these straps
I wanted a different strap for my Tag Heuer which I received for Father's Day. The holes in the rubber strap were such that it was either just a little too tight or loose. The Perlon strap, by virtue of the weave has nearly infinite adjustment for size.Beware of straps that are advertised as Perlon but are not. This vendor sells the genuine item.I have purchased a Perlon strap from Wrist and Style once before and they are extremely comfortable after break in. They become softer over time. I will be purchasing another couple in the near future.

Good value for the price.
It took a few months to break in the Perlon, but now that it's broken in, I hardly know it's there. I did have to lightly sand the small burrs from where they sealed the strap, but at this price point, a small inconvenience. It dries fast after getting we and doesn't stretch. I took a star off for the burr as it affected the fit and finish. If you are looking to try out Perlon give this a try, but expect 6-8 weeks for the stiffness to go away, but once it does you hardly know it's there.

You get what you pay for, which isn't a lot.
Pretty crappy strap. (a) difficult to put tail end of strap through metal buckle, (b) really stiff and uncomfortable. So uncomfortable, that I couldn't wear the strap for an entire day. Would not buy this product again. I wish I had spent a little more money and gotten a much higher quality strap.*UPDATE* Changed from 1 start to 3 on account of good customer service. Seller reached out and offered a refund or an exchange and also commented that the straps tend to get softer with use. Seller's response was reasonable and appropriate, but my initial assessment of the product remains.
