Simply amazing
The media could not be loaded. Everything about this mouse is designed to supercharge your productivity. Logitech Flow is a lifesaver, and I no longer have to use a separate set of mouse and keyboard for my workstation and gaming rig since it works flawlessly with the two, and can even be used to copy data across them using standard copy/paste provided they are both connected to your home network. FYI I don't use it for gaming, your mileage may vary if you try, as it seems more suited for productivity rather than gaming. It is well built, scroll wheel is amazing and the option to set per-app profiles is a life-saver, especially when my work entails a lot of vertical and horizontal scrolling. Battery lasts a couple of months.I could go on and on about how great it is and wouldn't even scratch the surface describing all it's features, comfort and ergonomics. In short, I'd never stop recommending it. If you're looking for a great productivity mouse, this is the best I've used so far, and would work great with the MX Keys keyboard (they'll even share the same wireless USB dongle)

Great mouse if you are starting to have hand issues
I never thought I'd spend this kind of money on a mouse. After spending a large chunk of time behind the screen (as we all have been lately), I have begun to wonder, "What was I waiting for?"This mouse offers great comfort on the palm and wrist. I have very average-sized hands. The main wheel offers two different ways to scroll; with a click of the small button at the top of the wheel, you can choose between either a controlled, click-feel or an unabashed, literal free-wheeling scroll. I choose to use either option for different situations. I am an educator and sometimes I am scanning long texts (free-wheelin'), or other times scrolling a couple of lines at a time as I grade and give feedback (controlled nuance). I find that I really like to ability to switch between them depending on the project I am working on. The rest of the options you can gain from the Logitech downloads were pretty extensive. I don't use those options much (yet), but will update if I do end up using them. The other useful options with this mouse are the thumb button that allows you to pull up all your windows for easier desktop navigation. The only two downsides I find are that the right-click button is a little overly sensitive, and the really detailed app from Logitech. I generally have a light touch, and even while resting my hand, I sometimes trigger the right click with very little pressure. The app is really deep in that you can program the mouse (both wheels and most buttons) to do different things for most of your popular apps used today. I use a lot of the Office Suite, so the pre-sets were already mostly to my liking. I did click around a bit and felt slightly out of my pay grade for a moment or two (a few days). Not a huge problem on either account and I got used to both issues over time. Definitely not something to reduce a star as it was mostly just a new setup and system, and truly the more important issue, I've not had the ability to edit the function of my mouse in the past - so this is mostly all new to me! You may find it to be really simple and intuitive. For the most part, it was for me, too.Overall, this mouse is excellent and I recommend it to anyone whole is looking to increase your hand and wrist comfort while working long hours behind the screen - but keep in mind, you must be willing to give up a few dollars for this top-end product.

REVISED/UPDATED: This mouse is worth every penny you pay for it
UPDATED REVIEW: 10/09/22Ok, after using this device for almost two years I can honestly say that it's the best mouse I've ever purchased. Aside from having received my item with the foreign packaging that I complained about in my original review, nothing else is now wrong with it. The mouse works great, and after upgrading my laptop to a newer model with an updated Window OS its Bluetooth connectivity proves superior to the wireless USB I had to use it with on my old laptop. The battery life was decent when connected via USB , but now with BT it seems to last two to three times longer than before. Its response sensitivity has also increased and I'm not sure if this is due to the laptop upgrade or better Bluetooth connectivity , and after getting used to customizing its buttons/functions to the various programs that I use on a daily basis for my work I don't think I can ever use another mouse that doesn't offer similar features again. I can only imagine what improvements Logitech made with the newer model of this mouse, but even if you decide to buy this one and save a few dollars with your purchase by getting the older version I don't think you'll regret it.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -ORIGINAL REVIEWOne might expect something exceptional when spending 5x the amount you normally would on a mouse. Maybe I set the bar too high for this model, but the primary thing it has going for it is its tracking accuracy while everything else is mostly unremarkable. For starters, the particular model I received from a random seller on Amazon appears to have been packaged for the Asian market, as any English language I found on the box and its paperwork was minimal.Next, the horizontal scroll wheel for the thumb works great—whenever it wants to work. I often find it not responding to my inputs after waking my computers to do work, until it eventually decides to kick in later after some time. The bluetooth connectivity also wasn't dependable and I eventually resorted to pairing the mouse via the supplied USB dongle to ensure a reliable connection. Speaking of the dongle, the previous Logitech mouse I had was a model that cost under $20 and had a dedicated storage slot within its battery compartment for this; so imagine my surprise when I found nowhere to attach it to within this one if transporting the mouse.
