Plebs - Series 5 [DVD]

Came quickly

Missed it on tv and was recommended by a friend. Enjoyed it very much

I loved Plebs when it first appeared. Season 1 and 2 were brilliant...season 3, not so much...season 4, really NOT great. I had pretty much given up on the series, but decided to buy season 5 out of old loyalty to the boys. I was VERY disappointed when Stylax left the show..not crazy about Jason when he first appeared. That said, Season 5 has recaptured the magic of the first 2 seasons. Aurelius and Jason are wonderful, very funny. Of course, it goes without saying that Marcus and Grumio are on their game. Even landlord and Mum are good. And a brief appearance by Sir Tony Robinson...oh yeah. Plebs is back on top!

I liked the DVD. Very enjoyable but crude series.

I have all of this series and I love it. So silly and funny. Light hearted and easy to watch and the characters are really fabulous. It's stupid and silly and just what's needed to lift our spirits at the moment.

Great series and Tom Basden at his best.Amazon, however, seems to have duplicated two episodes meaning I didn’t get the first episode and got the fifth twice.
