I'm a big fan of rice crackers in general. I like the thin, crisp texture of them and the snappy crunch when you eat them. This flavor is very good with a great balance of saltiness to perk it up.Alot of crackers are quite bland in flavor and while they may be flaky in the sense of baked products do not have the crispy mouth feel of these. I love these added to a cheese platter (with milder, less sharp cheeses). These also are good added to a home made party mix recipe(once you are done with the baking and seasoning of the party mix...these don't need the baking of flavoring).These arent the kind of crackers I reach for when I want to add crackers to soup or just want to eat mindlessly in front of the TV (due to cost) but I love these as part of an hors d'ourve, light lunch or small snack. I love their punchy adult taste and crunchy texture.
