Impressive Laptop with a good price.
I was surprised by the download speed of this laptop. Yes, I hardwired it to my modem, so that made a big difference. Keyboard is challenging to get used to because the layout is a bit different. It is heavier than I expected. I bought this as a back up pc, since my older one's power unit is about to separate from the motherboard. I liked being able to buy a basic laptop for less than $500, as it is around $350. It is a "workstation" pc and that is fine. No problem. Overall I am delighted with this purchase.

They Honor their Warranty
I had problems with the first laptop. But, they sent me a replacement and included UPS Pick Up of the old laptop.I love the replacement...It looks new, great condition and works great.

It's very organized and it has 8gb space.
I liked that it has a lot of space, and it's very big. The touch pad works good and it has good material for it. It's really durable.

Worst item
Laptop started only once, next day it wouldn’t turn on - screen blacked out - called the company - couldn’t troubleshoot the issue… also product was clearly patched up to resale. Will never forget to avoid this seller “true computers” actual name is Advanced computers. PLEASE STAY AWAY purchasing anything from this seller…
