I have been using this for about a month now.It’s so easy to take around. I love how light it is. It’s not heavy at all even my 5yr old helps with sweeping and cleaning. It’s great that the dustpan stands up and you don’t have to bend down to sweep the dirt up. I love how easy it was to put together as well. It’s feels flimsy but it’s actually good material. My kids love to use it as well. They said it’s easy to use and nice the dustpan has the section where it’s like a comb so it take off the hairs and excess dirt that’s stuck on the broom so you don’t have to tap it later. Def recommended it to family and friends.

Dust pan has a bad curve and doesn’t sit flush with the floor. So you can’t sweep dust into it.*.Update: The vendor contacted me after finding out I was dissatisfied with the product. They offered to send me the new and improved broom and dust pan for free. It arrived within a day. The new improved set is wonderful! It is made well. It is sturdy and even bigger than the original set. I just love this set. That was great customer service! They not only improved the product but made sure I received one and followed up with me to make sure I was a Satisfied Customer. Customer service is not dead!

Since having some surgery it's difficult for me to bend all the way to the floor very much, but we have three dogs so there's quite a bit of fur going around. I couldn't keep bending to get the fur in standard dustpan so I turned to Amazon for one of these types of items. I don't get the cheapest nor the most expensive items. This set was a middle price tier. I just received it and it's wonderful! It's quite sturdy and will save me from bending!! I love the "teeth" that scrape the fur off the end of the broom. Note, the pan itself is stiffly connected to the handle mechanism such that the dustpan essentially "stays open" all the time unless you manually move it to the "closed" position. In other words, it doesn't flip itself closed when you pick it up. I'm very happy with this purchase!

First and foremost, as a disable veteran with physical disabilities this broom with dust pan is ideal for cleaning the home. The design allows me to use it without any difficulty and no strain on my body. It is a plus to have the long handle for the broom that attaches to the dust pan. It is easy to assemble. I was able to do it in a manner of minutes. I will recommend this broom to other veterans with physical disabilities. I was able with ease to hang it up in my laundry room. I like the color of black and red for the broom. It stands out in my laundry room. I do not have any trouble pick it out in the dark. It easily hangs on the wall of my laundry room. It picks up dirt and dust with ease, and I can remove the lint and dust particles from the strands of the broom, because of the toothed filter. It is also heavy-duty, it is not a flimsy broom.

Very easy to put together, dust pan is sturdy, bristles on the broom are flimsy and suck. The broom head is small so if your sweeping a large open area it takes awhile, plus the crappy bristles, but getting into smaller spaces, it works great. The dust pan doesn't swivel so when you carry it, don't tip it. The piece that combs the bristles is amazing! Works super well! All in all, I don't like the broom because it's not worth the price. It's worth about 10-12 dollars. Bright side, you can make the broom shorter and my twin 2 year olds, LOVE it!!!!

UPDATED REVIEW-upon seeing that I had an issue with the product, the company contacted me and offered to replace the defective product. They did- it shipped quickly-And it works great!! Perfect for houses with dogs, the teeth on the dustpan keep the hair out of the broom. Super happy with it. Comparing the old and new, I think the threads were stripped on the original one so they didn’t screw in or stay put. New ones work great! Great customer service too, I should have tried contacting them to sort it out before reviewing negatively. Lesson learned.———————Original review:The handles of the broom and dustpan don’t stay still. They twist and bend, rendering the set almost useless. They came labeled with letters to assist with assembly but there were multiples of some letters and none of others. Bummer

I bought this set over others for 4 reasons. 1) It had great reviews. 2) It's red and black so it matches my kitchen decor. 3) The comb feature on the dustpan sounded like a genius idea. 4) The description made it seem as though the height was easily and conveniently adjustible.Now that I have it, I want to return it for 1 reason. The dustpan does not lay flat. The instructions say that if you "ever have trouble sweeping up small dust particles" you should apply pressure on the lip "for a few minutes....and it should be as good as new". Well, mine IS new and I applied pressure on the lip for at least one minute and it did help a little but the problem is not the lip. It's the dustpan itself that is not flat. I even tried applying pressure on the whole dustpan but it didn't make enough of a difference to fix it.Also, the broom and dustpan being easily adjustible is deceptive. You can't just shorten the handles, you have to actually unscrew the pieces to make it shorter. It is easy to do but not what I was looking for. This way, I will never want to adjust it.The genius comb idea can be found elsewhere and I am willing to have mismatched colors in order to have a flat dustpan. This one defeats the purpose and is going back.

I have a cat and a dog. I use this broom and dust pan so my vacuum cleaner doesn't have to work so hard. I'm an older person so this equipment keeps me from having to squat down on my old knees and ankles.It's a good product that's easy to use. It doesn't get much better than that for old folks like me that like a clean house...:)
