B&F Embassy Black Solid Genuine Leather Bible Cover

This was actually NOT purchased as an intended bible cover, but as a portable case for my husband's 7 inch tablet and accessories. Now, with that said, I read a lot of reviews making me think it was going to be small and possibly crappy when it arrived. But, I measured the dimensions (a few times) and finally went with it. Boy did I make the right decision!It holds not only his tablet, but the bulky keyboard case that goes around the tablet with room left to spare. It has not one but TWO pockets on the outside which is great for his cords and chargers. And...best of all, it is REAL leather, making it nice and soft (and smelling good.) The zipper is smooth and opens and closes nicely. I LOVE it. I just wish it were after Christmas so I could see my husband's reaction when he opens it!It would definitely be a good Bible cover (for even a small textbook, journal, or as a small carrying bag) especially with the nice craftmanship on the leather stitching, weight, and projected durability. Plus, with the extra pockets there is plenty of space for pens, prayer cards, bookmarks, highlighters, etc. Seriously, it's so nice, I am thinking about ordering another for myself!For the price it's a GREAT deal, even if it is not fashioned by the Pope himself. Or maybe mine WAS fashioned by the Pope, and that's why mine is so nice. ;)

I fits my bible that is 9.5” x 6.75 ”x 2” perfectly. It appears to be well made and sturdy but I just got it and will update after using it for a couple of months. It is very soft and supple and did not have the bad smell as other people have mentioned.

I had searched for a Bible cover to replace my old one. I used that for 15-20 years—loved it and wanted one identical. This is very close! The case is “cushy” soft. Zippers work perfectly. Quality sewn. Outside Velcro pocket for pens, colored pencils, and a zipper pocket behind it. A pen/pencil loop inside. Mine is a “Precept” Bible, measures: (inches) 9.25 x 6 3/8 x 2 (depth expanded to 2.5 with use) Tags say: Leather. It may be “vegan” leather? No leather smell—but no synthetic smell either.

As soon as I felt this Bible cover - knew it was ideal. It has a soft supple quality leather material that fit my Bible perfectly.I tried a few other Bible covers and this one by far felt the best. It also has a couple of convenient outside pockets - one with Velcro and another with a zipper.Would definitely recommend this Bible cover for yourself and/or as a gift to some else.

Great for a medium sized Bible, such as an old Amplified Classic Version, which is not in print. This is why I purchased this snazzy cover and it serves its purpose well.

This is a nice Bible cover, real leather except the trim (vinyl). It fits well, zippers are easy to use. Handle is well stitched. Pockets are roomy- zipper pocket is approximately 7" by 5+" and Velcro pocket is 7" by 4.5". Velcro pocket flap is nicely padded (I put my phone in it).If your notepad is smaller, it will fit in the zipper pocket.The only negative about this cover was the finish. The Velcro pocket was stuck to the cover and when I lifted it, some of the dye came off. It's not really noticeable and I took a black sharpie to it. I took a picture, which I will upload. It wasn't enough to make me return it. I did deduct one star for it- would really have been just a half star, but no option for that😊

I was leery of this case because of the reviews discussing the distasteful smell of the product and stating that it is not genuine leather. Sure glad I went ahead and ordered this case. Clearly my case smells like genuine leather and is soft and supple to the touch. It fits my Cambridge ESV Bible well and I could not be happier with this purchase. At this price point, I am considering purchasing another case.

Just get it, it doesn't get any better than this...the softest leather ever...Your iPad 11 inch will fit in this wonderful case, with room for a thin-line or "normal sized" BibleThis little bag makes a wonderful gift...you will know you got your moneys-worth!...I do wish it came in different colors.....
