Goki 3-D Mobile Bees & Beetles Baby Toy

Caution! A bit of a conundrum on how many stars to rate this product.Pros: It is an attractive, colorful and beautiful work of art for our grand-daughter and she does love to watch it. Our daughter had my husband install it over her bassinet so that she can watch it during diaper changes and sponge baths.Cons: While installing it over the bassinet, as soon as my husband lifted it off the bassinet to hang it from the ceiling hook, one of the quarter size flowers fell off and onto the bassinet. Talk about a choking hazard!We decided to move the ceiling hook so it no longer hangs directly over baby and bassinet,even though baby is never left alone on the bassinet.We highly recommend AGAINST hanging this particular mobile over a crib!!!

Make sure you realize that there is no hook/anchor/holder of any kind coming with this mobile. I had to be really creative to make a holder because I didn't want to spend extra $ to purchase it separately.If I didn't invest half of a day crafting the holder, I would return this item..Hope at least my baby will like it. Although now when I look at it I doubdt that from baby's perspective it looks too interesting.Can work as a nice decoration though.Writing an update. My 2 months old son LOVES it!!! This thing got all his first smiles, and is still getting lots of those when he is hanging out in his crib. I am almost jealous, lol.I am totally giving it 5 star now. Worths every penny and minute I spent to install it.

I love this traditional mobile crib. We received it in very perfect condition i love each every details on it. So cute and cloroful and just for what i imagined. Since our baby nursery room is white theme this mobile its give so much brightness to d room!

We love this mobile! I have it hanging on a long cord above my baby's changing table so that it's about 2-3 feet above her reach. SInce she was 2 months old she has been enthralled with watching it. The characters are cute and the movement is superb! The two arms can rotate in opposite directions while also going up and down. A quick spin from me is all it needs to get her watching. Now that our daughter is 4 1/2 months old she is very facinated with the aspects of the movement. Whenever we pick her up she wants to be held so she can view it at eye level and reach out and touch the mobile. I think it is helped her develop very good hand - eye coordination. SHe can reach for it while moving and immediately grasp what she is reaching for. The strings do seem too fragile for her to pull on it though. I highly recommend it.

Opened the box with much anticipation only to realize that one of the beetles was missing its arm and the arm was lying separately in the box somewhere ....CHOKING HAZARD I say for my 2 month old- prompty returned

Adorable mobile, very gentle and you have to be careful installing it or if you drop it, might break easily

The mobile is very light, colorful and tastefully made. The mobile has colorful three dimensional figures, which makes it interesting (I imagine) for babies to watch. The artwork is of good quality. The design is from a reputable German manufacturer of children's toys, the actual product is from China.

So freaking adorable. Baby thinks so too. At 5 weeks he is fixated on it hanging over his crib. Got the Niermann Standby Universal Mobile holder which looks good but seems a little unsteady.
