I use HD amino sculpt collagen and I love it so I thought I’d give this a try. When taking the product, I didn’t have a BM. The moment I stopped taking it, I did have a BM. Unfortunate I cannot return.

I have chronic IBSc caused by slow thyroid. I took 2 to 3 caps with lots of water and only went a little bit the next day. Disappointed with the results.
