I ordered two different blankets for two different people fighting cancer. This blanket was for a person living in FL where it is much warmer so did not need a thick blanket. The Positive-aubergine color was a rich maroon or Burgundy color. The second person lived in a northern climate and needed a much warmer blanket so I ordered the: Chanasya Warm Hugs Positive Energy Healing Thoughts Caring Gift Throw Blanket - Sherpa Microfiber Comfort Gift Throw - Get Well Soon Gift for Women Men Cancer Patient - Aubergine Blanket. This blanket has a second layer of soft white fabric. The color of this product was not a rich maroon color like the other blanket. It was more of a washed out purple color. It was still pretty, but not as rich of a color as the first blanket. Both people greatly appreciated the blankets. They are such a soft, warm material and comfortable. The words are reassuring.

I got this for my Reiki table for clients, and I love it so much that I use it for myself instead. I got the purple one, and it's a really beautiful shade of plum. It's the perfect thickness for me and it's well made. I had this in my Amazon wish list for a year, and I wish I got it sooner. This would make a great gift, too.

The royal blue is so vibrant. Extremely soft!! The only thing is I thought it would be a little bigger. I didn't give it 5 because I haven't washed it so I'm not sure if it will wash well and fade or shed. But so far so good.
