Deffinetely recommended and very good if you fighting cancer only I had few hiccups to get order to channel islands and in the end was my last chance when visited family in UK I had to order there and then reposted to Guernsey and it did worked for me. Got 3 bottles and seems to last as u need only 10-15 drops 2 or 3x a day in the spoon and have some water on top taste also fine.
