When I read that you need different vitamins and minerals in different amounts at different stages of your pregnancy I started to look for better alternatives to the prenatal I was taking before; I am so thankful I found this brand! What a practical and logical concept!First off just ONE pill a day = EASY-PEASY,-not too big so easy to swallow,-NO nausea or sick feeling as I was getting with my other prenatal (which now I suspect was because I was not getting the right amount of nutrients!)-They don't smell funky or give you any after taste-Great that they don't have any artificial coloring or sweeteners or anything.(-Also in my case specifically I appreciate they are gluten free! )I feel good, I don't see any weird colors in my urine so I am absorbing everything, no side effects. I'm going to continue with them during my nursing phase following with Stage 3! I highly recommend them to all pregnant women, there is no point in buying bulky prenatals with an overflow of vitamins you don't need that just make you feel sick; Promise Prenatals are perfect! (Plus they look super pretty and pearly up close)(Here's a picture next to an advil for reference! )

Cannot complain about this prenatal. All of my blood and urine has been normal throughout my pregnancy and I have used this brand throughout paired with Nordic Naturals DHA.The pills are not huge and go down easily and you only need one per day.

I have tried a lot of different Prenatal vitamins, these are by far the best ones I have come across. No nasty side effects like other ones! You can take any time of day and not have a upset stomach. A++

Does not make you nausea. Gentle on my stomach. No smelly after taste burping. Would recommend for anyone that is preggers.
