Good charger, better than most and worth the higher price
It does just what it says - supplies power when I need it anywhere in the world at any time. And that is exactly how I use it.What I like:- It works. Not all chargers do, this does- It has a great form factor, similar in shape and size to a phone. I have connected the phone to it and carried the whole assembly in my pocket. Worked great.- There is a faster charging port for the iPadWhat I would prefer to see changed:- There are two output ports, and I have to look carefully to see which one is for the iPad. Both will work of course, but there is a faster charging port for the tablet. It would be nice to have a more definite mark for it. I may add one.- This unit is pricey. It is worth it, but it is pricey. After owning it for a while, I think it is a good value.

Built like a tank, but is it worth the price?
Spending a lot of time outdoors and on the road, I needed a power bank that could survive being thrown into a backpack, endure some rough handling, and still hold a charge when I needed it. The Poseidon Pro with its rugged design and promise of long-term reliability really got me intукуыеув. The idea of a charger that holds power for over eight years sounded impressive, and the hi-vis orange color meant I wouldn’t lose it in my gear.Еhe Poseidon Pro feels like it was built to take a beating. It has a solid, durable frame, and there’s no doubt that it could handle being dropped, rained on, or packed tightly with heavier items. It’s about the size of a smartphone but slightly thicker, making it easy to slip into a side pocket. The 10,200mAh capacity is decent - enough for a few full phone charges or some extra time for a tablet or laptop. The controls are simple, with a power button that includes a timer mode and a low-power setting, which is useful for charging smaller devices without wasting energy. In actual use, the charger performed reliably. It powered my phone multiple times without any issues and kept a small camera going during a long hike. The charge speed was comparable to other high-quality power banks I’ve used, though not noticeably faster. I appreciated the ability to set a one-hour timer for charging, which helped conserve power when I only needed a quick boost. The included multi-tool was a very cool addition, though not a major selling point for me. However, despite the tough build and solid performance, a few things held me back from giving it five stars. The price feels steep for what you get. While it’s built like a tank, the actual charging capacity and features don’t necessarily justify the extra cost over other power banks with similar specs. Also, the claim that it holds a charge for eight years is impossible to verify without waiting that long, so it’s more of a theoretical benefit than a tested one. Overall, the Poseidon Pro is a great option if you need a rugged power bank that can handle tough conditions. It delivers steady performance, and the design is clearly meant for outdoor or travel use. But if you’re looking for the best value in terms of power-to-price ratio, you might find other options that perform just as well without the premium cost.Bottom line:The Poseidon Pro is a rugged, durable power bank designed for outdoor and travel use, with a 10,200mAh capacity and solid reliability. It charges devices efficiently and has a useful timer mode, but its premium price may not be justified by its features. While the claim of holding a charge for eight years is intriguing, it’s unverified. A great choice for those needing durability, but not necessarily the best value. Still highly recommended if you are into outdoor extreme high-quality sport gear, 4 stars.Pros:1. Rugged and durable.2. 10,200mAh capacity provides multiple phone charges.3. Timer mode helps conserve power.4. Hi-vis design makes it easy to find.5. Reliable performance with consistent charging.6. Includes a multi-tool.Cons:1. Expensive for the capacity.2. Charging speed is standard.3. Eight-year charge hold is unverified.4. Other options offer better value.

If you own a phone, you need Dark Energy!, Its by far the best.
If you own a phone, you have got to get this.My friend is always on her phone, work, the kids, the after school activities, recipes, FB, you name it.She had to always look for a place to charge her phoneNow all she does is connect to the Dark Energy and she has all the power she needs. She used mine and was sold!, her friend needed a fast charge and the two phones were up and running in no time.

Hardened. Rugged. Ready for a wet or sandy adventure. Useful tool included.
This charger is a tank! Solid. Will take abuse others will not.Primary use for us is outdoor activities like going to the beach and hiking in the mountains. I don't need to clip it to a pack exterior but the carabiner is generally useful for attaching things to my day pack, like a water bottle. The clip has a handy knife blade that is very nice and sharp.I have no reservation about it being water tolerant. Doubt you can immerse it but is certainly rainproof with the hinged door. The door has good little foam shapes that seal the USB sockets so I have confidence that the sockets will be dry when I need them. (See my pic)It is about the same size and weight as other charger products. The big difference is the enclosure ... the case. It is solid. Should even survived handling by young children!! :-) I am confident it will survive getting banged around on beach trips and hiking trips. The fit and finish are flawless and the hinged door works very well.It is a higher cost solution and may serve you well if you expect it to get bumped and banged a bit.The charge rate on my iPhone 16 Pro Max did not set any speed records. Seemed normal compared to other chargers I use. The flashlight could come in handy. I once had to complete a hike in the dark, in a dense forest, with a dead flashlight. Tough going. Not much fun. This would have been relished!I wish it had a charge indicator.

I was so excited to find this charger for both ...
I was so excited to find this charger for both my iPad and my iPhone. I have had this product less than 3 months and seldom used it (3 times), but I travel a lot and wanted something that would hold a charge. The 2nd time I used it I noticed a problem with the power button, and the 3rd time the power button didn't work at all. Maybe I got a lemon but I am hoping the company will take care of it.
