Super Happy!!
405-22X is the new model from Sumba, much smaller than its 604 counterpart.THE best camera for small business! An absolutely wonderful camera to work with. Using blueiris perfectly. Was skeptical but emphatically amazed at how well these cameras perform, the level of detail zoomed, the nightime details all are awesome. Different from a fixed camera, this one has the ability to tour around your store like a guard. Setup is a breeze. Best analog cameras in the market at this price!Highly recommended!!!

Good product but seems not accessible from outside without using the manufacturers cloud
Great product. Fantastic clear picture, good night vision and smoothless installation. However one star less as I have not figured out how to use the camera outside my network without running through the manufacturers cloud, this is really bad as this doesn't mean privacy neither a reliable service.

VERY VERY VERY HAPPY except for the software included. Thankful for Blue Iris.
I am totally blown away by this camera. I have been spending $150 for fixed lens cameras by Hikvision and Dahua and it has all been a waste. For $100 more and with the aid of Blue Iris software I have solved all my security problems. This is the equal to other $700 name brand cameras I was looking at and is less that half the cost. I don't know why, maybe because they are new to the business, maybe it's because the software they ship with it is so difficult to figure out. These have Sony optics and I am very impressed. But if you've become pretty good figuring out the name brand cameras on the market today, this is a little different due to Chinese language conversion. I've had Panasonic, Foscam, Hikvision, Dahua, Dropcam, and they have all been easy to understand. A product won't make it a month if it isn't easy to set up. I am afraid a lot of these will be returned if people don't own Blue Iris. The software they ship with it is very difficult to figure out. It is not as fined tuned for the American market like other vendors have done. The setup program for this camera is actually called 'Upgrade' instead of 'Setup" like you would guess, and you need to install the IEactive software first to make Internet Explorer work as usual. And when the text comes up in question marks instead of letters, keep hitting the 'LANGUAGE" Box in the upper right hand corner and keep putting English. This vendor made you download the CD from their website along with the manual instead of including it. The manual was PDF and didn't have printing rights so I couldn't print it. Plus, it was HARD to figure out. I was ready to pack it up and ship it back the first day, but calmed down and put it away and gave it another chance the next day. There is a tech person you can text here in the U.S. but she, I have heard her referred to by a female name online, gives answers like, when I asked her 'How do I get the cabling out of the mounting tube?" She replied " I'm not sure, but it goes back in the same way." ?????But then I loaded up Blue Iris, and Voila! I have an old version that didn't have Sunba as a pull down in the menu but I read online to pick Xmeye and it worked first time. Bamm, I was up and running. I knew Blue Iris from my last Panasonic and Hikvision cameras and using it adds many features that I wouldn't have been able to access on the camera without the software. It saves the motion clips to watch what you missed while you were away, it can take snap shots, it changes to night vision at different times that can be adjusted to sunrise and sunset in different time zones, you can set up your feed to watch it on your smart phone and there are many many features that I can't mention here. It is well worth the investment. I use the Window snipping tool to grab snaps from videos that it's taken during the day while I've been away that I need.I am including some pictures from the Sunba to show you the unbelievable quality from this quality priced camera. The camera pans a little slow, and I haven't worked with the sound yet. It's an outside camera and is usually meant to be mounted high up and away from sound. All it would really pick up is cars and trucks driving by. It comes with a free speaker. I am very happy with it and wish I hadn't bought any of my other cameras except that I learned so much about camera networking owning them. The first picture is an un-zoomed picture and the second is the full 20x zoom showing the street number on the curb in the distance. I was amazed at the auto focusing. The video is one to show panning speed and video quality. It's slow but smooth. The last is the digital zoom of Blue Iris. I have this camera mounted inside my home shooting through the window onto the street. I doubt if I will get good night vision pictures with this setup because of reflection of the IR lights but i am just testing it out before I move to my new place in Colorado Springs. You will love this camera for the money. What keeps this from being a 5 star camera is the pan speed, and software. The camera is so well made and produces such a fantastic picture, it's make you angry that they put so little effort into making it presentable to the American market. I would also love to be able to turn off the IR lights in this and use external IR lights but I don't see a way. The switch in Blue Iris won't and I can't find a setting in the camera's general settings. Maybe Sunba's support can help me :)Update : October 2017. I have since lived in Colorado in sub zero temperatures with this camera and am now in Arizona and it has worked flawlessly. I have installed the Sunab IE update and having no issues.

Great Camera--Tough to Configure
Fantastic piece of hardware. I replaced an Agasio dome camera with this SUNBA and I am impressed with how much better the SUNBA is (even though it cost twice as much, I think the hardware is more than twice as good). The zoom capabilities, and infrared "reach" at night is truly surprising. I'm especially impressed with how the IR lights increase intensity and focus along with the zoom. The bad part is: it took me two days to get everything configured and set up with my network, and I'm pretty good at that kind of thing. I probably should have given it a 3 star rating just because of that frustration alone, but since it ended up working in the end, and I love the hardware so much, I only subtracted one star.

Excellent product worth the money.
Excellent solid built IP security camera with good looks and easy to install. This was one of the two cameras I bought from Sunba , the other one is an analog one. I had some initial hiccup in getting it going but it turned out to be mostly my router and LAN issues rather than the camera itself.I am very impressed by the technical support and customer care of Sunba. Initially and without me telling them, the supplier sent the proper plugs and voltage for my country although the goods were delivered to a USA shipper and address. That was quite impressive and saved me a lot of hassle. Then when I had the problem with the connectivity, the tech support of Sunba were prompt and I sorted out my issue easily after their guidance. The camera images are mostly of high quality although the software is not intuitive or user friendly and takes a bit of getting used to. The built in software which can be accessed with a web browser is touch and go as the plug it requires to display the images are not supported by every browsers. Only Firefox was able to function. Other software can be downloaded from the company site and that worked fine with the camera with good functionality. The quality of the image is dependent on the quality of the network. At best, it was very impressive under certain environments, at worst, it is quite acceptable. I have tested this device in different environments and using tablets, laptops, mobile and desktop PC.I am still working with the camera and discovering new things. I aim to get those sharp, crystal clear images that I managed to see on my laptop, but have failed to repeat it on my Desktop PC!In short, considering the the price versus the quality of the camera and images, and the excellent tech support, I highly recommend this IP camera and will be considering further purchases.
