it is hanging in my rental and the tenants love it

I purchased this wall mounted rack and shelf to replace a stand alone clothing rack in my laundry room. The wall mount frees up floor space, and the shelf is handy for storing lightweight items. We used different hardware to mount it. Since it's mounted on drywall in my house, I wouldn't want to put a lot of weight on the shelf or on the hanging rod, but it works great for hanging clothes as they come out of the dryer. If you could mount it into a stud, I think it would be very sturdy.

It made a perfect pot rack for me. I had to hold my breath to get my stock pot on the top shelf but it worked. I ordered hooks and a extra curtain rod to put on the top to keep stuff from falling off the shelf but I probably did not need to take that step. I am very happy how it turned out. I have a wide picture window it just fit.

Overall nice and works well. We didn’t use the screws it came with. It was complicated to understand and use them. We bought our own. I am a little worried that if I hang too much stuff it will warp or just rip the walls as I heard a slight crack when I hung things to it’s fullest. Other than the screws, it is easy to put together.

The bar holding the clothes is okay. The shelf is pretty flimsy but my wife instantly put up some art which made the laundry room nicer. No instructions but easy to assemble. I used wall dog drywall screws and a level, so installation took about 10 minutes. The included wall anchors are possibly for concrete and not useful.

I really love this item. It looks great & is sturdy.I only wish they had more size options, or size is adaptable. I could use one that's not as long.

I put this in the laundry room for some space to help dry clothes. I don't put any soaps on the shelf. I use it strictly for decor so I am not sure how it would hold up to that type of use. It looks nice, and has some practical use. I feel it was worth the purchase.

In my new, tiny brooklyn apartment, not only was I limited on space but I didn't have a real closet either. I didn't want to get a large wardrobe as I was afraid it would look massive in a small room and make the room subsequently smaller. I wanted something slightly nicer than just a clothing rack and this was perfect! My ceilings are slightly higher than normal, so one saving grace was me putting the rack higher up on the wall and then a cube storage shelf underneath. I was a bit nervous on the weight it would hold, but i have about 50+ hangers on it and so far so good! They have been up for around a month

It looks beautiful in my room, but I had to go to the store to buy heavy duty dry wall anchors. The hardware included is only designed for concrete or wood. I think it’s ridiculous that after the numerous negative reviews on the hardware provided, that the company STILL has not included proper drywall mounting hardware in the kit. Despite this, I do love the product.

It is a nice shelf, but there are 2 problems. The mounting hardware is junk. It isn't compatible and doesn't work. So now i have to go buy hardware and possibly fix 4 holes in my brand new drywall. The second is the underside of the shelf is rough and has metal burrs. I've pulled 3 out and ripped up my hands pretty good and the shelf isn't even installed yet.

So these are the screws it comes with. And you have to basically put this in the wall?How? Even if you predrill a hole to put it in, there's no way to screw it in after because the head is flat and it doesn't come with any tool to put it in. What a mess. The shelf itself is nice but wtf is this?

Shelf looks nice. Hardware provided is not compatible with all part included. Nuts do not fit. Used my own plugs and hardware rather than the hassle of doing a return. Will work fine for the purpose for which it was purchased
