doesn't fit me correctly.
Not a matter of liking or not. The product is very fine, however I am a small (short waisted) person and it just doesn't fit me properly. I do use it intermittently at bedtime.

Worked great!
This worked great for my son’s shoulder dislocation. He needed to wear it full time for 6 weeks and we needed two so we could wash one when he was wearing the other!

Misleading illustration rendered product unusable.
The illustration is very misleading. It shows the brace worn on what appears to be an average sized woman, whereas the actually product is XX Large--more fitting for a line backer! There are no descriptive guidelines for the sizing. It was totally worthless for me (an average sized woman). I wanted to return it, and was approved for the return, but was not given a return label. It would have cost me over $14.00 to return it. I will donate it to our local football team!
