Her opinion is that it's well laid out, includes color photos for reference and has an adequate table of contents to assist with navigating. She's only had the book for one week but claims she's learning a lot. Also, excellent shipping time. Received the book four days earlier than projected. A major bonus when working on a deadline before course starts.

Required textbook for CNA course my child is taking. Her opinion is that it's well laid out, includes color photos for reference and has an adequate table of contents to assist with navigating. She's only had the book for one week but claims she's learning a lot. Also, excellent shipping time. Received the book four days earlier than projected. A major bonus when working on a deadline before course starts.

This book is very helpful with the information presented. Chapters are often kept at a shorter length and highlight the important information. Pictures show throughout how to complete NA tasks and what an NA should know. The index and definitions in the back make it easy to look up information quickly.
