Surprisingly good shoe for the money
For the money this is a pretty good shoe. The length of the shoe fit me as expected but the width seems a little wider than standard. The shoe did have a strong glue smell coming from it that took a couple of weeks to dissipate. I definitely wouldn't wear the shoes within the first week of receiving them as the smell is quite strong. The suede part of the shoe is thinner than what you would get with a more expensive shoe which causes some creasing in the toe area. Overall it's a pretty good shoe for occasional wear but if you are looking for a shoe to wear a few times a week I would pass on these.

Great value comes at a price!
I'm not sure if I'm the only one these shoes looked green to in the picture, but despite my invoice saying "black" I somehow missed that and was expecting a pair of green shoes. So I was understandably disappointed when a pair of black ones popped out of the box. Nevertheless, the shoes look great! The quality and finishing is not the best, and you can feel that as you struggle to tie your laces. The edges also hurt your skin - even through socks - until the shoes finally wear in.Despite all this, I'd order another pair of these as they're great for both formal and casual wear! I found the size I ordered about 1 whole size larger than my desired fit :) would go for a 7 instead of 8!

Not bad for $35
Hard to beat for the price: at a glance they look much pricier than they are. I would order a size down if you want a good fit, mine are are noticeably too long. That might be why I find them comfortable, though... I have plenty of toe room. They have very little traction on the bottom, so beware on slick surfaces. The laces suck (as seems to be the case with many dress shoes), but they are easily replaced. I would rather buy a new pair of $35 shoes every half a year than a pair of $300 shoes once. They hardly look different, and this way you get to change up the style whenever.

Best bang for your buck by far!
I was looking for an affordable wingtip style shoe to wear to work a few days a week and these seemed like they would do the trick. I ordered the same size I wear in Clark boots, which is one full shoe size smaller than I wear in most tennis shoes including vans. So far I have worn these about twelve times and I must say they felt broken in quite well after the first full day of use. I love the fitment as they do not bunch your toes up at the tip assuming you have the correct size. The craftsmanship also seems above average for a shoe in this price range. I would highly recommend these to someone looking for a stylish and affordable dress shoe.

The lining is wonderful and the design looks very high quality
These are gorgeous shoes. The lining is wonderful and the design looks very high quality. I've worn these maybe 15 times since I bought them and get compliments on them regularly. The bad part is, the shoes are already beginning to fall apart. the toe is separating at the bottom and the threads are sticking out from the back section on one of the shoes. They're worth the thirty bucks I paid for them. If you're considering buying these, make sure you have shoe glue on hand and be aware that these aren't as high quality as they look.

good for a costume, not much else
If I'd had high hopes for these shoes, they would have been dashed.I should have known better, but the price point was just too tempting. So I purchased them, and have been wearing them every day to work since mind-June. That's been about three months and I've nearly worn through the sole. Don't get me wrong, I'm tough on shoes: I tend to drag my feet a bit scuffing the sidewalk as I walk. That being said, I've never burned through a pair so quickly. I thought the faux-suede might allow for temp regulation, oh boy was I wrong. (Before you mention that I've been wearing them during summer, you should know that most of my days are spent in an air conditioned state office.) I already knew this, but I'm going to re-iterate it for myself and everyone else's sake who is looking at these: shoes are one of the few wares where price generally DOES equal better quality.TL;DR -- If you need some spiffy looking shoes for a costume or for going to church on Easter and Christmas with the family, these will suffice. If you'll be wearing them more than once a week, don't bother.

Great looking..Stylish Shoe
This shoe looks great and can be worn formally or casually. I recommend casually, as the show has a somewhat dull hue to it, that would make it clash with formal wear. Shoe does expand a bit, after a few wears, but not enough to purchase a shoe size lower..

Cool shoe, actually got some compliments on them
Cool shoe, actually got some compliments on them. I liked the way they look and I wasn't expecting them to be overly comfortable. I'd warn that the felt part looks a little cheap at least to me. Another forewarning is that after the first day of wearing them they are already getting bent and its showing so I can imagine after a few wears they will already look like they've been worn for a year. Overall not a bad product though, you will only get a few wears out of them though but if you're okay with that it's a nice enough pair of shoes to wear on the occasion.
