The Ego-Glide Smart Self Balance Scooter Personal Transporter with 19 inch All Terrain Tires is absolutely flawless. Immediately opening the box you can tell this is a substantial and well built machine. Jason took the time to meet me and give me tips on operation, which by the way was super simple, and helped learn to navigate this wonderful machine. The Ego_Glide is a well built, sturdy and easy to operate. Turns easily and besides be super efficient, it's really great fun!I'd have to say this is one of my better purchases and I'm sure I'll be ordering another one soon!

I have had this Segway for a while and liked it but something very strange happened Yesterday. It came to a full stop abruptly mid-ride and I was thrown off it on to the road. I fell so hard that I was dragging on the road for a few feet. Luckily I broke the fall with my hands which got badly injured. Also broke one of my toes and scraped my back badly. I still feel lucky because it could have been a lot worse. At first I thought the battery died but it still had 2 bars. Besides why would this thing come to a full stol like this no matter what the reason ??? Please be very careful. I’m never ever riding one of these again. Can’t trust them. Thanks.

This is fun to ride and the range is fantastic. Unfortunately I had to drill handlebar attachment holes because they did not match the holes in the steering bar. The user manual reads like a Google translate version one.

After taking two Segway tours in SLC we bought the white Segway from Amazon at a special Christmas price. That unit did not have handlebars or the option to add them (that I could find) but was a blast. With the handle-less version you certainly get more of a feel that you are flying, as if in your dreams. But we wanted a second for family together time and my spouse wanted handles so we got this unit. Seller was amazing, great with communication with my questions, always got back to me the same day. My spouse put this together super fast (it was easier than the smaller unit) without help and it charged up fast. Charge lasts for us for multiple trips out around the neighborhood. It takes getting used to as its not exactly the feel as the big Segways (handlebar is more sensitive so it seems jerky til you get used to it) but the price is WAY better and you can't beat the seller and the fact he's in the USA. LOVE the kickstand for holding it up and its set up to collapse back if you forget and move forward. Going up or down too fast is not advised but my child tried it without any problem. If you haven't taken a tour and been lucky enough to get professional training on how to handle it I'd seriously advise you to watch online videos to get the best tips. Those who just try to wing it will have a problem and won't enjoy it as much until some time passes and they learn the little tricks to stay on and stay safe. Would definitely recommend!

It performs well, and is safe for most people after a fairly short period. My suggestion to the seller would be to have a more clearly written manual - the lack of clarity will frustrate some people. However, these scooters are fairly common sense to use. I think the clarity in the manual would help maximize capability and satisfaction. Still an easy 5-star rating based on quality for price alone.

I received the eco glide and it would not start. I immediately returned it and was charged $250 for restocking fee. $250 for nothing.

There are others on the market. None beats this one . It is so much fun. The cell phone app is flawless. Enjoy immediately .

I like my Segway copy, great unite. I wanted a cove for it but didn't want to pay $250.00 for it, here is a quick fix at $17.99. On eBay a Brinkmann Grill King cover 32"W x 30"D x 46" tall. P# 812-3100-0. Works great, hope this helps buyers.
