I liked the look of this insulated teapot hence the reason for purchase. I make tea for my family in the morning and my it it in the pot. Keeps it warm for 8-12 hours as long as the top is closed. I find it very handy and it’s visually nice.

Almost everything about this item is perfect. The design is lovely and it keeps the contents very, very hot for a long time.

Does not keep as hot as long as it says

Had one of these for 5 years but wasn't sealng very well. Bought this at a good price. Arrived in 4 days from Germany.

Bought this to use for coffee. Claims that it keeps drink warm for 12 hours are just not true - after three hours, the coffee was at best lukewarm.Doubt that I will use it again

It is very cute design and keeps water hot for more than 10 hours. I recommend you to buy this. This is a must for the winter or summer if you keep icy cold water last long.

Well made, looks good, although the push button top is a good idea, the only downside was the fact, when pouring a glass of water, with a glass in one hand, trying to hold the jug, press the button and pour the water is a bit tricky. This is because I use it at night and often don’t want to get out of bed to pour it into a glass sitting on my bedside cabinet. But I do really like this product. Great handle.

The inner glass flask shattered within days of first use. May have been damaged during transport, as packaging was poor. Have previous used an Emsa vacuum flask and only stopped use after 4 years, as the rubber seal had deteriorated. Therefore, a bit disappointed with the new flask, however, these things happen.
