Easy to pop out but quite floppy
I bought this mould to make gougeres and freeze before baking so they were ball shaped. It worked but I found the mould to be quite floppy, it needed a tray underneath to keep it flat. After moulding and freezing it was easy to pop out the frozen balls, so it did work well.

The mould works well, easy to use and chocolates come out easily. However the moulds are a bit smaller than I need which is a bit annoying.
