Follow the simple instructions on the back of the packet for a bostin chana/chickpea curry.Also works well with chicken, to qhich which I added plain yoghurt for a creamier dish.

My favourite spice blend
2 cups of basmati, 4 cups of water, 1 veg stock cube, 1 chopped onion, 1 tin of chick peas drained, chopped garlic, chopped broccoli, and just 1 tablespoon of this spice mix makes the best rice my rice cooker ever makes.

Warming chana masala
Very warming masala for channa dishes. Quite mild

Great taste too expensive
Use this for chickpea and spinach curry. Really great taste. Cheaper in supermarket but I am shielding so pain nearly double.
