So I have tried the Blue Cocoon product from Mae Lindstrum which the smell I loved but the price is a bit much to spend these days. Thought I would try this brand as reviews seemed to be positive. My findings are yes it looks exactly the same in texture, color and the size is pretty generous. I am disappointed that mine hardly has a smell of the blue tansy which is what I like. So it does make me wonder exactly how much blue tansy is used in this product to be useful, there is barely any aroma to mine which some people may like. This may be why the difference in price is so much less as less of the healing effects of the Blue Tansy is used. I will update once I’ve used for several months to see if I notice any positive effects.

It's got a wonderful smell. Plus, I love that it's a glycerin, alcohol and water free product, which is impossible to find with US beauty products. Price is perfect.Only negative, there is some kind of grit/sand mixed in. Can't figure out what the grit is from.I use it as a moisturizer and live in a dry climate (Colorado). It's a great lightweight moisturizer. I rub the tiniest amount into my hands, rub together and pat on my face. It take a few minutes to absorb into the skin. Then I'm able to apply makeup on top.

This is a very moisturizing balm, but it is weird that there is only a thin layer of the blue balm (I'm assuming the actual blue tansy) and then at the bottom its a yellow colour balm. I dont know if the yellow colour balm is of a different ingredient. But I would like to post the pictures for potential buyers to be aware of.

I used May Lindstrom’s The Blue Cocoon for years and absolutely loved it. However, the $180 price tag inspired me to look for dupes. This Healing Blue, for a fraction of the price, is very similar the The Blue Cocoon. It has a similar smell (which I love) and contains many of the same ingredients. However, the consistency of this is a bit thicker, as it contains beeswax. Considering this is a fraction of the price, though, it’s absolutely amazing. It has calmed and soothed any skin irritation I’ve had without clogging my pores or breaking me out. I’d highly recommend giving it a try!

Love this stuff. My face is very sensitive, dry, and has some breakouts. The minute I applied this, it was like my skin went “aaaahhhh”. I have been using this for about 3 weeks and I have noticed less breakouts and much less dry feeling. I will continue to use this.

I started using this balm after battle a bout of contact dermatitis. I have extremely sensitive, dry skin with many allergies to common cosmetic ingredients and this is the miracle product that has finally calmed my reactivate skin. Minimal ingredients, all soothing and healing natural ingredients and more importantly no preservatives and fillers. I keep my routine simple by using it during the day under makeup and at night after retinol. My skin has never looked better. I hope Amazon never stops carrying it and would like to try more from this natural skincare line.

I only tried this because of the price but unfortunately (for me) Blue Cocoon is better. The smell is not great. I felt like I was putting scalp conditioner on my face. I will use it for other body parts only.

Its has a petroleum feel. I saw no benefit. I was unable to return item ......I could use the money credited back. I wont purchase again. Dont waste your Money.
