Maxlux S Mask

I love the color, very vibrant. The fit was good as well, and the silicone very flexible and comfortable. If I smile or laugh, there is a bit of leakage, but I am a bigger girl (5'10" and 19 pounds) and of course every face is so different. Love this mask!!

Great mask! Works amazing for snorkeling and is also a solid backup scuba mask. The visibility is excellent, it seals well, and it’s comfortable on the face without pulling on your hair. Easy to use, reliable, and exactly what you want in a mask. (Burn method works best to defog)

Bought for a recent snorkeling and scuba trip. I have a hard time finding a mask that seals well on my face, so I was hesitant to buy online. This mask fits like a charm! Love the low volume and single lens. I was worried about fogging issues from other reviews, but I cleaned thoroughly with about 3 overnights of toothpaste and one with Coca-Cola. Add a little spit/de-fogger and I had no fogging issues. Love this mask and will definitely consider it when it again when it comes time for a new mask purchase. So many fun colors!

I bought this mask July 25, 2024 with great expectations. My wife has one and she loves it. I took it on a trip to Fiji in August 2024 with high hopes. It turns out that the mask leaks and the lens fogs up. The leaking part may be blamed on my narrow face, although sometimes it fits fine and other times it does not. I tried to fix the fogging problem after doing some research with burning the lens, toothpaste, soap, anti, fog, solution, etc.. Nothing worked. I am going on a trip to Belize, May 31, 2025 and was thinking about taking this mask. So, I went to the pool to try it out and it fogged up instantly. THE MASK IS USELESS BECAUSE IT ALWAYS FOGS UP IMMEDIATELY AND THERE IS NO APPARENT WAY TO FIX IT. One cannot go scuba diving with a fogged up mask. I have to go back to my old mask, which is a scuba pro which has always worked but doesn’t have one full lens or find a new one that functions properly. Sorry, but I can’t recommend this mask until they fix the problems.

Second one I got, it’s one of the best and most comfortable dive mask I got. Highly recommend.

Good deal for a small female face. Gorgeous rich blue color, excellent clarity with the glass until it fogs up. I took all the appropriate steps for a new mask to be defogged prior to first use. I think it’s susceptible to fogging because it’s a low volume mask.

Great mask, amazing fit. I tried the Oceanic brand but these worked better!

Ich habe mir einige Einglasmasken angeschaut, zu denen ich im Folgenden ein paar Worte schreiben werde. Alle besitzen temperiertes Glas. Mein Hauptaugenmerk lag auf der Kombination aus Gesichtsfeld und kleinem Innenvolumen, dazu habe ich eine schmale Gesichtsform. Die Modelle sind: Beuchat Maxlux S OMS Tattoo (mit UV Protection) Subacqua Frameless Tek 2 Aqualung Tek Malibu (Apeks) Subgear Devil Subgear Ghost Cressi F1 small Scubapro Trinidad 3 Die Masken haben alle Vor- und Nachteile. Vorweg: ich mag die Beuchat Maxlux S am liebsten! Sie ist klein, also für schmale Gesichtsformen zu empfehlen. Super leicht, extrem kleines Innenvolumen und dafür ein vergleichsweise großes Sichtfeld. Sie ist rahmenlos und hat wenig schnick-schnack im Design, das mag ich. Das Material ist matt und weich, fühlt sich wertig an. Vielleicht ist es unter der Nase ein bisschen zu dünn und geht leicht kaputt? Wird sich zeigen.. OMS Tattoo UV: eine sehr hochwertige Maske, vor allem das Glas mit UV- Protection ist ein Traum. Sie hat ein großes Gesichtsfeld, scheint sehr gut verarbeitet zu sein, ist aber auch relativ schwer. Für größere Gesichtsformen sicherlich gut! Subaqua Frameless Tek2: Nein. Das Material macht keinen besonders stabilen Eindruck. Mir ist die Maske auch zu groß, obwohl das Gesichtsfeld verlockend groß ist. Aqualung Tek Malibu: Meine Nummer zwei! Auch gut für schmale Gesichter zu empfehlen, sehr großes Gesichtsfeld aber dafür natürlich auch größeres Innenvolumen und ziemlich schwer. Festes Material, das einen guten Eindruck macht. Ich mag aber mattes Material lieber. Subgear Devil: An sich eine gute Maske aus schön verarbeitetem, matten Material. Allerdings für mein Gesicht zu groß, es kam immer Wasser rein und das Innenvolumen ist recht groß. Dazu hat sie immerzu beschlagen (und ja, ich weiß wie man Masken normalerweise behandelt). Subgear Ghost: Wurde gleich aussortiert, weil sie zwischen den Augenbrauen schon beim Anprobieren gedrückt hat. Cressi F1 small: schlechte Qualität, nach ein paar Tauchgängen ist das Silikon unter der Nase schon gerissen. Dazu ist diese Partie sehr großzügig, drückt also auf die Lippen. Nicht zu empfehlen. Scubapro Trinidad 3: nicht schlecht, aber finde andere Masken bequemer. Bei mir war sie auch nicht richtig dicht. Aber: es gibt sie in verschiedenen Farben. Und nebenbei: Gegenüber den Einglasmasken schneidet meine alte Cressi Big Eyes immer noch super ab!

Das ist eine gute Tauchmaske.Und die könnte ich wieder nehmen.

Was voor mijn dochter van 12. Ze vindt hem heerlijk. Hij past goed aan en laat geen water binnen. Leuk dat je verschillende kleuren kan kiezen.

Bon masque. Bonne qualité/facture. Efficace en plongée. Mon fils est ravi
