Great substantial product. Beware of the Styrofoam packing... It'll get you !
Not a fan of these "do it yourself" projects. But this one is an exception. Very solid when completed. Directions pretty good. All the parts were there and in tip-top shape. Made one change. Didn't like the looks of the PLASTIC legs. Went to a local hardware store and purchased four castors with solid wheels. Works perfectly and can easily be turned around to access rear connections. etc. I've read complaints about the door scraping on the bottom. The directions don't explain, but the hinge parts attached to the door itself, have a small screw, that when turned, align the door and eliminate any problems. The only complaint: not about the cabinet itself. But that stinking Styrofoam used to pack and ship the cabinet. Did it's job, but DO NOT UNPACK THIS THING INSIDE. Or anywhere else if tiny little slivers of Styrofoam infiltrating the area (and must be cleaned up later) bother you. And for God's sake, DON'T turn on a fan. I live in HOT Florida. A ceiling fan is always running. Big mistake. Brought in a vacuum cleaner and sucked up most of the pieces as I unpacked. Took over 45 careful minutes to unpack this thing. The Styrofoam self destructs if you look at it, let alone actually touch it--to move it. It just crumbles. So be warned. Don't get impatient and keep a vacuum cleaner handy. Oh, and those tiny little slivers? Some will escape. And you WILL find them EVERYWHERE for the next few hours. (Or days.) Styrofoam aside, the cabinet is good. I don't think you will be disappointed. It's plenty sturdy when completed. Oh, those "punch out" panels in the back? Don't "punch out." Be prepared to struggle getting them out. Nice cabinet. Well worth the effort in my estimation. Good Luck, RIC

Good value and quality
I have to say this company has fantastic instructions. I've never had furniture instructions that are so well thought out. They even encourage you to call if you need help, and link to videos. The quality of the materials is really good for the money and it looks great once assembled. The only issue I have with it was cutting out the holes in the back panel was a pain. I like that it gives the options to choose which shelves you want ventilated. The issue is that it looks like you can easily punch out the holes, but nope, I ended up tearing up the back panel. I had to get a box cutter to cut out the holes. Fortunately the back panel is out of sight, so not a big deal for me. Overall I recommend.

Very nice looking media cabinet though putting together might be troublesome
I decided to buy this because the entertainment stand we had was completely open with exposed wires all over the place. It serves that purpose well. It’s a beautiful piece of furniture and all our video game systems and internet wires, etc all fit nicely inside it.The only criticism I have is it took me quite a long time to put it together. This isn’t an IKEA cabinet so it came with quite a few materials and directions to put it together. And you’ll need tools like a hammer, a Phillips head screwdriver and even a drill if you want to install the tilt bracket against the wall. I found some of the directions to be confusing - especially when it came to the Installing safety tilt brackets. I completely stripped one of the screws in the process drilled too low into the back of the cabinet resulting in an ugly hole. But it’s not a huge deal since you can’t see it from the front. I also had an extra screw at my house so I was able to get the job done. Also the backing is just a very thin piece of plywood that feels like cardboard. Very cheap material but again it’s out of site so not a big deal. Punching the vent holes out of the back was a little frustrating as it caused the inside finish to tear. I should have used a knife to do it and not my hands. Good thing all of these mistakes I made nobody can see.I wasn’t expecting the entire process to take me 3 hours. I’m no carpenter so I’m sure more experienced people will have an easier time putting this together. All in all I’m very satisfied with the result. It looks quite nice in our living room!

High Quality, Easy Assembly, Pleasanst Surprise
I ordered the item to serve as a storage cabinet and stand for a turntable. It is the perfect solution for what was needed. The height positions the turntable exactly where I want it and the fully adjustable shelves create a customizable storage area for vinyls. What surprised me what the quality of materials for the price of the item. And even more surprising was just how easy it was to assemble. The instructions were accurate and intuitive. At first, I thought that they were going to be to simplistic but they were actually very helpful.I read other reviews that questioned the plastic base legs but they are actually quite sturdy and they do not stand out as plastic one the unit is complete. The hardware is high quality, especially the hinges. And the design allows the user to choose either a left or right opening cabinet. This product was very well thought out.I would highly recommend this product as an alternative to similar sized furniture selling for a couple hundred dollars more.I would surely purchase another item like this from Bush Furniture.

Straight forward to assemble. Just what I was looking for to house all of my media equipment.
Easy and straight forward to assemble. Contrary to the negative review that states this is very unstable, it is NOT unstable so long as you follow the instructions and use all the pieces. The backing to the cabinet is essential to ensure stability. Dampens the noise generated by some of my equipment so that's mainly why I got it. The frosted glass is great to slightly screen what's inside

It looks nice but have some issues
So a couple of things with this product that I did not like. First, the door once its put in does not really align and so the bottom of the door hits the bottom of the shelf and you have to push it close by lifting the door a little. Because you can put the door to open left or right, I tried both left and right and it was still the same outcome. Two, I tried to punch out the back panel to put my wires through, the panel was very hard to push out. I used a box cutter to cut the lines but still had a hard time which then I ended up making small cut marks around the hole. Three, the legs are not the same size so the shelf is wobbly.
