Wish I had bought these long ago!
I'm on 4 acres, the property doesn't have a very solid fence. In 2021, two male shepky puppies made themself a home under my shed. Starved, wounded and frighten. I rescued them. Many people said it wasn't good to have two males. These brothers never want to be apart, must be their husky half.Training them individually took some time as the other stayed in a kennel. Alone they would do so well, until they were loose together. It only took one to go pass the fence and the other to follow. Together they ignore almost all commands. If I'm lucky one might respond to come back but not before getting others attention to follow. One week with these collars and they stay on the property. I'm able to give them more time to get their wiggles out in the field. The property does have a few obstructions; house, storage container, green house, two work shops, shed and a few chicken coops. So it can be easy to lose sight of them. The strength of the signal has been able to call them back with the beep alone. The flight light mode is great considering how dark it greats away from the city. I recommend starting low on the shock and finding what gets a response. One of my boys is fluffier than the other. Even with the extentions his had to be turned up higher. Stay consistent with the beep, buzz, shock pattern. Little to no shocking when they've learned the warning signs.I've made it a habit to charge the collars after use. So far the remote hasn't needed to be charged. Keep in mind that the remote does go on stand by at first it did seem to reset to max levels. After the first use the memory stayed locked. A quick press allows the level setting to be previewed without shock.

Not disappointed. Third time purchased
I never write reviews, this one I thought I should. This is my third time buying this product. I have two mini Aussie brothers who are about as stubborn as they come. I live on four acres and needed to be able to control them without being on a leash or lead. The first set of collars were great, I lost the remote. Needed to replace them immediately. I ordered again. The second collars I have used for a little over a year, daily. Unfortunately they stopped holding a charge. I looked at others, but decided to get the same ones we have been using this whole time. One, the dogs know the sound and feeling of the vibration but most importantly they listen. Two, I love the night light that is built into these devices. I couldn’t find another set that had this feature for the price. Comes in very handy when you have black dogs and you cannot see them at night. Three, they do hold a charge for about a week without charging. (I have never had to charge the remote) When the collars start to blink green you know it is time to charge. I don’t keep them on while they are inside, my dogs are also kennel trained, so I never leave anything on their neck when it’s time for “bed”. For the money I would recommend this product 100%. Of course it won’t last forever, but you will not be disappointed. Especially when your dog(s) finally listens to you.

Very loose
These collars work great for the two dogs I use them for. I only use vibration and tone. However, the one thing I dont like is that they do not stay tight. They are very big and loosen very easily even after just being tightened. This makes the vibration feature basically useless after the first 10-15 min of it being on the dogs.

MUST GET THIS!
This came super fast! I have two dogs. the receiver has 3 channels. you can control each dog separately. The collars have little let lights on them so I can see my pups at night. The battery life so far is excellent. The only suggestion is that you should be able to charge all three, but instead you can only charge two at a time. They run out at different times, so this isn't a deal breaker for me. It has a nice belt clip that is very sturdy and a cord to hang it up as well. There's a little light on the unit as well which is cool. I was actually thinking of getting a back up just in case because its totally worth the money!

Best “value” e-collar!
In my opinion, this is the best budget e-collar out there. Both the receiver and transmitter are compact, full featured and have decent battery life.IN USE- I have trained my dog to return to me when I use the vibrate or electrical stimulation mode. With vibrate mode, she complies the vast majority of the time. Occasionally she won’t respond because she is fixated on something (a scent, squirrels, etc) and I will use a low electrical stimulation (9 out of 100) to get her attention. The ONLY time I use a higher level (19 of 100) is when her distraction has the potential to cause her physical harm (i.e.- she is running toward the road and isn’t responding to the vibration stimuli). That being said, I do keep the electrical stimulation level set to 15 as default, since in an emergency I won’t have time to increase it from a lower level and I use the vibration mode 95% of the times anyway. As good as this product is, there are a few things that could be improved upon.1. I wish the electrical stimulation button was lower profile- it is too easy to accidentally press. I disassembled the remote casing (easy) and sliced off the top of the rubber “shock” button so that it sits almost flush with the casing. (I made sure to bevel the edges to ensure that when the button was pressed, it wouldn’t get stuck under the edge of the case causing the dog to get continuously shocked!)2. The nylon collars are of low quality. The plastic clips broke and the stitching on one collar failed. I highly recommend that you buy the version with the PVC collars.3. As to the claims of the receivers being water-resistant… well, I don’t know. I had an older version of this e-collar model (the remote’s styling was slightly different) but water penetrated the receiver and it died. I had noticed that the rubber plug for the charging port fit poorly and was likely the point of compromise. The good news is that the receivers in this newer version seem to have been improved and the charging port plug has a much tighter fit. Still, I decided to put some electrical tape on the back of the receivers to cover the charging port and help prevent water intrusion. So far, so good!IMPORTANT- As with any e-collar, make sure that the shock level is set correctly and the collar is fitted properly. Failing to do so can result in the collar failing to stimulate your dog, or worse, it can cause the dog to receive a painful and traumatizing shock! Like most other e-collars, the stimulation can be set to absurdly high levels. The highest level I have EVER needed was a 15 out of 100, and that was an emergency. Also, remember that the electrical conductivity increases when your dog is wet. A stimulation level that might feel like a slight tingle when when your dog is dry could feel like a painful shock when it is wet. Adjust the level accordingly! As for the fit, the collar should be quite snug. Tight enough so that the receiver won’t move at all, even when the dog runs. The two prongs need to be in contact with the dog’s skin or the electric stimulation won’t work.

Great for a month
Collar works well for training and the options are great. Its perfect that you can adjust the intensity of the vibration and static (shock - on low its safe and if used properly only needed for a very short time). The reason I got it. It also does work over a long distance. What I dislike is that both collars have the same beeping sound, so both dogs are cued by the sound. The light on the collar is bright. Very bright and can not be turned off. It would be nice if they were different colors so you could ID each dog in the dark and control the lights with the remote. And the main issues.1. They are not water resistant. The small plug cover didn't look like it would kerp rain out. So, I use electrical tape to ensure that no water got in.2. Have used the collars about a month to the day and the collars do not hold a charge longer than 24 to 36 hours without using the training options. Just the dog wearing the collar. Its gotten really bad this last week and now 2 days past return option, so disappointed.

Overall good
this is the third or fourth shock collar I've gotten for my dog in the last year, the forst ones were all a different brand than this one but they were all from the same brand, they worked great but the collar part itself was more plastic and the cover for the charging port was on the side, my dog likes to roll in pretty much anything which kept breaking the cover for the charging port and packing mud into it. So the main reasons for getting this particular collar were that they have nylon collars and the charging port is on the inside towards the dog, between the prongs, as is the power button, which so far is perfect. I rarely us the shock on him, but the vibration works excellent, the beep i wish you could change the pitch and frequency on his old collars you could and sometimes just the slightly different sound was enough to get his attention back, but the beep does work well and I like that you can hold down the beep button and it will beep continuously. So far we haven't tested out how waterproof it is, hopefully it will be waterproof enough that if he does go for a swim in the river beside our house that it keeps working. And as far as the big issue we had with the old collar hopefully if he gets into mud again it won't ruin the collar since the charging port is covered and between him and the collar, so in theory mud should not be able to break this collar. The nylon collar does need to be readjusted every day or 2 it loosens some but its not a big deal, its pretty easy to adjust

Amazing, and best purchase
Originally bought these duo training collars for my dogs uncontrolling barking, but it turned out to be a huge help in behavior training and off leash training as well, didn't realize how much we would need this later on in life! they have become an everyday training tool in my house for my two wild puppies! The battery life lasts three days, and we still have not had to charge the controller! very happy with my purchase of these training collars, they have made life hell of a lot easier, we haven't even ever had to use the shook part of the collar yet and we have had them 5 months! very durable, waterproof even stands by its word, my boys wear them swimming and still no effect to the collar's performance!

Do not clip a leach on to this Collar
Gingers regular collar broke so I clipped a leach on to this collar. Big mistake. She made a sudden leap and the Remote clips broke off. Was loving this for training but now I am down to one. Update: The Company reached out to me and offered a replacement collar or partial refund. Great Service from this Company and Great way to train the Fur Baby.
