Consolidated B-24 Vol.2: The B-24G to B-24M Liberators in World War II (Legends of Warfare: Aviation)

Waste of paper.
I expect this series of books to be basically picture essays without a whole lot of depth but this one was horrid. I know that they are also targeted towards modelers, not just plane junkies but give me a break. How many pictures of the main landing gear do "we" really need. With all the marvelous photos out there of the late model 24's the selection in this book is just stunningly lazy garbage. I won't be buying anymore books of this series done by this author.

Less famous than the B-17
It was nice to read about an aircraft my friend's father flew during WWII.

Very good book on late model B-24s.
Excellent scale modelling reference.

Perfect gift
This was purchased as a gift. Was very well received.

See my comments on volume 1
To conclude: Liberators were numerically the most produced bombers in history. This and the quality of the photos and comments justify the inclusion of both volumes in my library.
