Great knife

It’s in my pocket. Nice little knife. It seems to hold a good edge. Could have done without the old timer badge on the handle. It is printed on lower part of blade. I feel that was good enough. The little badge in handle popped off first time it was dropped. In all honesty it didn’t need to be on the handle anyway. It’s a simple knife. No need to over embellish it. All in all, I like it. It just has a hole in one side where the not needed name tag use to be.

This was a gift for my son. He needed a good lightweight pocket knife that wasn't cumbersome. It's sharp and useful for everyday.

I like the look and size of this knife. It's a perfect fit for a 5th pocket. The blade is fine out of the box. But, this definitely has some quality control issues. The rivets (I guess that's what they're called) stick out far too much and are sharp in some places. It's also difficult to unlock. I've oiled it and worked it a little and it is still a little difficult to unlock. And it feels like it's grinding while opening and closing, even after oiling. It does not feel like a quality knife. I've purchased several Old Timer and Uncle Henry knives and I still have some from over 25 years ago. I have no complaints on any of the other models. The fact that it is made in China does not concern me. I own several American made knives as well as an embarrassing number of Swedish knives. This is my 5th Old Timer in the last few weeks and it's the only one with issues worth mentioning. I'm keeping it because it really is a cool little knife, even with these issues. Maybe I'll try grinding the rivets a little. Btw, I wouldn't buy this for a young person. It just has too many issues out of the box.

Es una miniatura que sirve muy bien para limpiarte las uñas. Tal vez sirva para abrir sobres pero no te va a servir ni para abrir cajas. La compré porque estaba anunciada por 170 pesos vendida por Amazon Mexico pero ahora la veo disponible por otros vendedores por 918 pesos y a ese precio es mejor comprar una navaja real y no una miniatura como esta. Esta bonita y parece bien hecha aun cuando esta hecha china. Por 170 pesos esta muy bien pero no por ni un peso más.
