Perfect replacement - actually much better - for Grass brand which I could not locate. (Almost all of the original “Grass” hinges have failed for -seems like some sort of metal defect). The replacement can be adjusted up and down as well as to make the space between doors even. Helps to be handy.

Only needed the cabinet door attachment pice, but also came with inside cabinet piece. Great deal on a hard to find replacement hinge.

I have a 26 year old one that went bad and that model # was no longer available. This fits in the old cup holes in the wood. However, you do have to drill two screw pilot holes on the box frame. The person doing this should be mechanically skilled. Its tricky and very precise. ,You need a flashlight, painters blue tape, fine point black marker, the right size pilot drill. I used a tube around the drill (you could use an old shell of a pen cut to size) to only allow the drill to drill perfectly enough and not too far. I would also suggest "one drop" of Food Grade Silicone on each hinge knuckle. I used CRC Brand Silicone. It will operate so much smoother and wont be subject to binding damage.

The product (Blum 100° hinge with mounting plate 0mm) is exactly as described. But a word of caution, if you are the kind who don't have plastic insert dowels for screws for the hinge and the door or suitable screws for the cabinet frame lying around at your disposal (and please note the not everyone deem them important, but for me it was important), the seller (SDR Supply) does not include those things. Usually Blum (or other European cabinet hinges) would use 8-mm diameter 10.6-mm height plastic insert dowels for the screws to mount the hinges onto the door, so if you need them, you'd need to buy them separately. Again, not everyone needs them and not every seller includes them, so be aware what it is you need for these.

I have an older kitchen with IKEA cabinets. Some of the hinges are aging and failing - the soft close no longer works, or the springs break. I guess that is to be expected. Anyway after great deliberation, I ordered a pair of these Blum hinges to replace the older ones. I installed them in about 5 minutes, they fit “just about” perfectly and they work well.In the photos I have one new hinge side by side with the IKEA hinge it is replacing. Maybe that will help others wondering if they can replace their okd IKEA hinges. Take your measurements. 35mm hole, 3-6mm from the door edge. Partial overlap. If that’s what you have these Blum hinges will probably work for you.The screw holes for the plate on the cabinet wall were the same. The screw holes for the door-mounted part were slightly different. No problem tho, not a big deal to create new holes.I won’t replace all the hinges in the kitchen with these but I will replace any hinge that fails. I replace all hinges on a single door at the same time, for best performance.Good luck.

I had the discontinued Blum 70.255 hinges and this 71M2550 is a direct replacement. Same dimensions, performance specifications, layout of screws/brackets/holes, and functionality. So glad these worked as I could not locate any of the older hinges.
