Creates friction between, the hotter it gets, the easier is going to be to destroy all your barriers. Barriers that you put up to keep from feeling the pain of your wounds. Fire and water create plasma (liquid fire). Plasma goes into your wound and heals it. You create this when you do this meditation( feeling two competing emotions). That is how you heal efficiently and practically. For the times that we are living now, This what we all need to feel that peace of mind, and get that rest we need mentally.
