Ok so basically I've had this for my previous phone and never had any scratches or cracks. I believe it was all due to this liquid protector. However, it does say to replace once a year which I did not & broke my phone screen (also was a hard fall on concrete stairs) I had to get a new phone. They sell this at my verizon store for $70, which made me check amazon. And the packaging is exactly the same as in store. It came with the code (make sure you do this right away when purchasing) also they ask for a receipt of purchase which I uploaded but taking a screenshot from my amazon orders.

I'm impressed! I have tried about 4-5 other screen protectors for my Note 8 & Note 9 with curved screen (I hate the curved screen for protecting & screen protection reasons), EVERY SINGLE ONE coming off or breaking within 2 weeks. This has been on over 1 week without incident, even FLYING off the exercise bike onto the concrete floor, resulting in not even a scratch. So far so good!
