I like the fit much better than the Red Kap Chef DesignsButton-Front Cook Shirt, White, Short Sleeve Medium , but the medium fits like a large on me. I wear a medium t shirt, and have a slim athletic build, but the medium was better sized for my coworker who has a heavier build and wears a large t shirt. That said, I like the length, the material is easy-care poly cotton, and the pockets are good for putting stuff in. The left pocket has a pencil slot, and they both have button closures. I'm going to order one in small and I'll update my review in regards to sizing. EDIT: I came back to order a couple more, and realized I never updated my review in regards to sizing. Like I have mentioned, I wear a medium t-shirt, and I have a slim athletic build--the small size fits me perfectly. Actually, the small Dickies shirt is the same size as the medium shirt our laundry service supplies. But I buy my own because they look nicer, and I have a couple of week's worth so I don't have to do laundry every day.

I marked them low for stretch, but that isn't a demerit. I don't want them to stretch. I want them to look like a nice sport shirt, and they do.

I perform maintenance for USPS and I love these shirts for work. Having worn both these and the thicker Dickies Work Shirts that are made primarily from cotton (LS307) I will choose these first. The material is lighter but seems to be more durable. Where my LS307 work shirts have developed small pinholes from the chemicals I work around occasionally, the LS535's are still going strong. Also these seem to be less likely to stain due to the larger balance of synthetic materials. My only complaint is one that is stated often with any of these style shirts from Dickies and that is they run small on sizes. I usually wear a large and it is too tight in the shoulders restricting movement. So I have to buy an XL for proper fit. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.
