BoschXL-CART Click and Go Storage System Use with L-Boxx Cases

I must admit, up front, that I did not read the full description when buying this. I was under the impression that this was the old, small cart that used to be offered and was, therefore, larger and heavier than I expected. That being said, it has exceeded my expectations in a more than a few ways. For one, it is stronger and better built than anything I have seen before. I have not taken it to it's weight limit, but I was able to make one trip into an office building with all of the tools I needed for a complex job. This included two large plastic totes filled with materials, four tool boxes, a level, a step ladder(carried in my free hand) and a vacuum(Bosch Gas 18v-Li). The time savings alone made me more profitable. The other benefits include reduced strain, reduced fatigue and an increase in professionalism. I work in hundreds of homes and offices each year and bringing clean, organized tool boxes in conveys a lot about my work. My clients appreciate this and are impressed by my efficiency. I used to make several trips carrying bulky loads exceeding 50 lbs. Now I can make fewer trips with a fraction of the effort.In response to those who are disappointed that the LBoxxes do not click in place, I would have to say that would be a negative feature. I am usually placing tall and/or heavy stacks on the cart. The last thing I want to do is have to stoop down, unclick and lift the whole stack off the cart. With the ribs in the base and the strap, you have everything you need to safely move large and/or heavy stacks.My only other comment is that I have, and would recommend this cart for any type of tool box or storage solution; not just Bosch LBoxxes. It is robust with a large base and comfortable handles. It then folds flat until you need it again; which will be often.UPDATE:I went back through some old job photos and found an example of how much stuff you can put on the cart. One picture is of the stack, the second is of all the tool boxes. I pushed the cart with one hand and opened doors with the other.I have also taken the cart up to 260lbs of tools and was still able to push it easily.And the last picture is of how tidy it folds up. I keep it, a four-foot ladder and a Werner MT-17 in my car at all times.

Expected a little more I guess. This won't work so good for a hand cart for moving other things around. The fold up wheels are set back to far and makes it difficult to tip back with heavy loads. It's ok but to be honest I think a good hand cart with a cargo strap would be better suited for most users. The fold up feature might be a plus for some but not for most IMO.

Another great production by Bosch. It has guides for the Lboxx’s to position on the plate and a strap to hold them to the handle frame area of the dolly. The dolly handle collapses downward, with a squeeze on the release lever, to the halfway point and the platform folds up and activates a mechanism which also folds the wheels inward by 90 degrees. It ends up very compact and this is where the heavy weight can be surprising since it is so compact. The wheels are a hard plastic and don’t quite run parallel with a slight toe in if pulling it which can cause the wheels to try to roll closer together when pulling it with a load and jump back into position once in a while creating what sounds like an axle bearing problem or clicking. Otherwise the dolly is everything and more than what I had expected. I was wondering about the price but I understand now that it has arrived. It is heavier than expected but with this collapsible design it is necessary for carrying tool boxes around. I already receive frequent compliments from clients on my L-BOXXs but I think it happens even more now with this dolly since it is very professional looking. It states a weight limit of 75lbs in the instructions, if carrying something up or down stairs. I think I’m exceeding it’s stated limit but I am not worried that it can’t handle the excess weight and haven’t had any problems. It feels very solid whether carrying a load or not and the wheels roll smoothly on many surfaces, especially something like concrete or carpet where the wheels can scrub a little more and don’t pop back into alighnment with a rhythmic clicking sound as can happen on a hard smooth surface. It’s perfect for almost every type of project I have but really shines when moving my kit around a large museum while installing exhibits. I hope this review is helpful.

At first I wasn't sure If I wanted to spend this much on hand truck, considering there are alternatives for third the price, but when I received the item and tried it I was very happy with my purchase and knew this isn't same quality as other hand trucks. I have many Click-n-go boxes for my tools, and this hand truck fits them perfectly. its made of very high quality and solid cart. overall I'm very happy with it.

Very convenient for moving multiple tool boxes except that 90% of the time the slide up handle won't stay locked so your stuck dragging it behind you. Also wheels are pigeon toed some times and foam handle didnt last a week before tearing. Could be alot better for almost 200 bucks

My boyfriend loves this dolly, he has 5 L boxes and can fit them all on this dolly! Great company and great purchase.

Esta carretilla (diablito) es la versión XL y está fabricada con tubular. Así que no se confundan con la versión L que, aunque parecida, es más pequeña y hecha de aluminio. Por lo anterior, evidentemente pesa un poco más, pero también carga más y, a la vez, es más resistente.La característica que más me gusta de la carretilla es que es plegable, quedando de un tamaño muy cómodo para transportar, además de que queda prácticamente plana ya que las ruedas se doblan. Asimismo, trae dos mangos plegables para cuando apilas muchas cajas puedas desdoblarlos y de ahí empujar la carretilla.Le quité una estrella porque no me convence que en la parte del soporte no sujete las cajas Bosch (Sortimo), sino que éstas sólo van sobrepuestas y, por tanto, pueden tener cierto movimiento o juego.

It's rather heavy - no flimsy parts. Easily lift a person standing on it (kids don't try this at home, just saying, theoretically...). Folds and unfolds nicely - very easy to store as it folds flat (incl wheels). Easy to maneuver. Loaded up with LBOXXes to 6 feet high and no issues whatsoever. Bottom has a couple of notches that keep the bottom LBOXX in place sideways (no clicks though, that's a minus), and in a combination with the strap around middle box, load is pretty stable. The thing I really don't like (hence 4 stars) is the strap - not affixed and not very innovative - to be nice. If I were not nice, I'd say that this strap was an afterthought that someone picked up from an old luggage and threw it into this package. Far cry from any Bosch engineered feature, but it does the job lacking anything better.
