It's very comfy. I love the material, you'd think it be weird but nope! It has helped my neck and sleep positioning. I love the cooling affect, my neck is very tense and this relaxes it. BUT I wake up looking like a snake from the design! It makes me laugh every morning!

These are the most comfortable pillows I've ever slept on. I look forward to laying my head down on these things. I bought four. Two for regular use and two more to prop myself up to watch TV, read a book etc.

The pillow has a strong chemical odor 👎 hoping it will dissipate after being out of the bag a few days, otherwise it seems like it will be a great purchase.

overall the pillow is extremely comfortable, very soft but not too soft just the right amount of firmness while being extremely comfortable.For the cooling gel, don't expect much from it, its a very thin layer of gel bubbles that doesn't even cover one side of the pillow, coverage is like 70% of one side. while it does offer some cooling it doesn't last long. There isn't enough gel to cool past a minute or two of your head on it. Its just too thin. I still find myself using that side of the pillow if I want to rest my head on something more firm.Summary, its a very comfortable pillow I've been using for several months now. Its my main pillow, well worth it but if you want it for the cooling gel then this isn't for you.

Don’t waste your money.As other photos show it comes looking like someone was nibbling on it.Mine also came with a HORRIBLE smell. But the care sheet specifically tells you NOT to wash or dry it.And that’s because it will literally fall apart when wet. I tried to hand wash mine and chunks kept falling out every time I tried to move it.Not to mention you can’t dry it in a reasonable amount of time. Granted it is winter and I can’t put it out to air dry, it still took 5 days to dry inside (my house is usually at 72 degrees).It’s in the trash. The smell didn’t come out after washing. It’s rather unfortunate bc the pillow is very comfortable, and cooling. I used it one night for about an hour, after washing. The whole hour I can say I felt it pulling heat off my head consistently. The pillow never seemed to warm from my body heat.I guess if you’ve got the money to blow and want to risk it smelling horrid and looking like a 5 y/os unfinished cracker go for it!

I love this pillow. My neice has a similar one and I wanted to try it out. I'm a side sleeper and my pillows get destroyed in months it's seems from trying to cram it in the crook of my neck. In no time at all it is a hard lump and I'm needing to replace it. This pillow could be a smidge thicker. But I think I've just been used to having 2 pillows stacked because it was never enough support. I like the nice coldness when I lay my head down. It doesn't stay cold all night but it is cooler than a traditional pillow. I have had less neck pain since using this pillow for a few months. My 7 year old likes my pillow too. I have to steal it back from her if she goes to bed before me. I think this pillow is a good height for side and back sleeping. The only down side for me is the price because it is pretty expensive. But I am hoping it will be comfortable for a long time and be cost effective in the long run from not needing to be replaced so quickly.

I bought this cooling gel pillow hoping it would help me with my hot flashes and night sweats, but I was disappointed. The pillow is not cool at all, it feels warmer than a normal pillow. It also lost its shape after a month, and it doesn't support my neck well. I sleep on my side, and this pillow is very uncomfortable for me. The worst thing is the gel bumps on the top! They are so rough they leave marks on my face even with the pillowcase on. I wake up with golf ball dimples on my cheeks every morning which was not fun even though funny at first. I don't think this pillow is suitable for some hot sleepers, those that sleep on their side or need to be at work in 10-15 minutes. It takes a while for the marks to fade, unless you like to add a little more texture to your foundation!
