This little kit is awesome!!! I saw similar ones on here for $15 but thought i'd try this $5 one first. I usually wouldn't take the time to leave a review on a little thing like this, but I'm impressed! Everything in it is really nice quality! It came with extra batteries and a little tool to replace them with.***Also, this is one of the first items like this that I've bought from amazon in awhile that DID NOT come with a little note asking me to leave a review for a free product! What is up with that?! Anyways, if you're deciding on the $15 one or this one for $5, definitely get this one!!!

My 3 yr old had giant ear wax clumps that was causing him to have sensitive hearing and pain. I was able to meticulously scoop the very tacky ear wax without causing harm only discomfort. Very pleased

The light is very bright, kinda too bright. Makes it hard to see sometimes. Comes with battery in the box, which is awesome.

We went to the doctor and I was told the 5 yr old has ear wax build up. So I got this set to clean her ears. I haven't been able to do it yet, but I tested this set out on her dad and it works GREAT!! The light is nice and bright so I can see what I need to get out. The set is well made and sturdy with no sharp edges. I like that the pick part is plastic and I can unscrew it from the body and wash it between uses. I love this set. I'm planning on buying more for family members who are still using the old bamboo ones. I highly recommend this!!!

You get what you pay for...the only thing useful is the container it comes in. Does not work.

I can still use it, but it would make it easier if the light was brighter.

I have a son that has a thick build up of ear wax and I have to clean his ears regularly to keep him from getting a complete blockage. This little tool is amazing! The light on it is super bright, the tools easily get the wax out, and with great care and being gentle its painless. The case is a great feature to properly store everything and it makes it easy to find. I have used other products and the scoop tools just fall off making it dangerous. This tool is screwed into the hand held part and so there is no problems with stability.

Edited to add: I contacted the cs to get another working product. They offered me a refund without having to return the product. I am now divided whether I should reorder this. Apparently, Amazon has it stocked at their warehouses, so the cs cannot guarantee whether the product that they send will work. At least the response was fast, so I am adding one star.I wanted to like the product--it should be good if it works. The light button on the forceps doesn't hold at all. I am returning this.
