Great Tool For Giving A Flat Top Hair Cut
This is the second Flat Topper I have purchased in 20 years time. My husband began wearing a flat top in the late 1990's and it was up to me to cut his hair, I'm not a hairdresser. This tool is essential for me, in order to get his cut just right, there is no substitution! This item is of excellent quality! I highly recommend!

Old school tool and quality product.Highly recommended for those who might not yet feel comfortable with free handing a flat top. Great for blending as well.

Speeds things up
This is a great addition to the DIY haircut kit. Well made and eady to use. I cut my own hair as well as my three sons'. I tend to pair this with a guard on the clippers and use it to fade the sides and leave the front a little longer. I then clean up the sides and back with the same guard and go no guard aroind ghe ears and nape. Super quick and clran looking. Love this thing!

Hard to get through your hair
If you want to use the comb for a longer haircut, such as one inch or longer, the wide teeth of the comb makes it difficult to get the comb through your hair.it is not like the slim teeth of a regular comb which easily pass through your hair. You can see in the picture of the comb that the wide individual teeth of the comb will block much hair from passing through the comb. You certainly couldn't comb your hair with it, so that will make it difficult to cut anything longer than a short flattop. The long flattop shown on YouTube will be hard for most to achieve. And if you go to Flattopper.com as the packaging suggests to view hair cutting videos, my iPad and Windows computer blocked it as a malware site. I'll give it three stars as it may work great for a short flattop but probably not for longer haircut. A slim tooth design I've seen in other flattop like designs might work
