It’s not the most comfortable thing (although my skin is sensitive). It is helpful in helping lower back pain though! My not being 100% satisfied (due to my skin problem) they made it easy to get a refund and were very eager to help resolve any issues. Maybe the first time a return has been easy and worry free!

flimsy, flappy, almost impossible to get on; and then when i managed, not only did it not help with...anything, really (in order to even slightly feel supported i had to pull as tight as the straps would go, and it just held me still) it forced me into a position that didn't actually help. froze my shoulderblades where they were already, didn't prevent me from rolling my shoulders forwards (just moving my arm, which is NOT helpful!) and yet didn't manage to pull me out of a slump either. and to top it all off, it put pressure on the back of my neck, right where the vertebrae are fused together so it caused awful pain. tried readjusting countless times, tried pulling it farther down my back; wouldn't budge from it's designed spot. useless. there's no returns on this item. spend your money elsewhere.

I have arthritis in my back and I can’t stand for very long without pain. I have use this now for two days while I’m wearing it I can stand for longer periods of time. I don’t know if it will strengthen my back over time. This is not terribly user-friendly. Somehow it got twisted and I will have to wait a few minutes to have help getting it off. This is quite inexpensive I would pay more if I could find a user-friendly one.

This has actually fixed my posture for the most part and I only had to wear it for under an hour everyday on and off. It’s adjustable which is nice so you can fix it to your comfort. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and would highly recommend this to anyone looking to fix their posture.

It definitely works at keeping my shoulders back which in turns helps me stand up taller resulting in better posture. I like that it is not a big bulky designs like some of the others, its a little bit more concealable. The downside is that it is smaller, at 6' 250 lbs. its barely doable. I wear this all day at work while I sit in front of computer. It helps. I would buy again.

I picked up my package on my way to work on the day that it arrived and I was excited as hell! That first night I wore it I did immediately notice the pain decrease in my back and in my neck/shoulder area! I hop on and off of a forklift 12 hours a night on top of having scoleosis so the relief was REAL! The bottom part of the brace kept riding my back though and it was so annoying cause for the most part I am just sitting down. I kept having to readjust all 3 of the nights that I have worn it and it got on my damn nerves! Last night, as I was coming back from break and having just readjusting it AGAIN... I was literally walking to my forklift and the left strap just popped off under my clothes! That really pissed me off! I AM NOT HAPPY about this and I need it handled RIGHT AWAY!

What a disappointment. This is difficult to put on, complicated to adjust, and very uncomfortable. I attempted to return it, but received a message stating that the item "isn't eligible for return." This is very underhanded because the seller refers to the Amazon.com Return Policy, which allows for returns. This is not a good product.

I sit at a desk all day long staring at a computer. I have noticed lately as I get older that my posture is horrible, which is causing me immense shoulder and back pain. Since wearing this I have noticed a HUGE difference in my pain levels. This is very easy to use, easy to put on and it actually really comfortable!! I highly recommend this if you are having back pain, it works wonders.
