After some research this battery was purchased for a failing battery in a Samsung Notebook 9. It was a great alternative to purchasing a new laptop. After several months everything is working just fine and as expected. The overall battery performance is fantastic. Holds a charge well and lasts for a good amount of time under fairly heavy usage. Very pleased!!

I can't speak to its longevity - I bought it just to tide me over until my new laptop arrived. The battery works. Tip for removing an old internal battery: to dissolve adhesives used to cement the screws on, dap a Q-Tip with nail polish remover and touch the top of each screw head on the battery. Then, attempt to unscrew. If the screw doesn't loosen with the provided screwdriver or one that you own, purchase a new one at a hardware store before you strip the screw by trying.

I purchased this battery for a Samsung 15" Notebook 9 Pen laptop in April 2023. From the start it did not hold a charge well. Within 6 months, the battery failed completely and the computer said no battery was installed. However, looking around at all the vendors on Amazon and the batteries I received, it is apparent that they are all reselling the same battery and putting their vendor's name on the battery with a sticker. The problem lies with the manufacturer-- and there does not seem to be an easy way of getting a Samsung approved battery.I gave this vendor 4 stars because although they are forced to resell the same questionable batteries as everyone else, they responded immediately to my issues and replaced the battery with no questions asked.This is a pretty good vendor and they sell the batteries at a reasonable price.

I bought this charger for my laptop on June 14th a couple of weeks after purchase I noticed my laptop not charging at all, even if it stays plugged in the battery does not hold a charge at all, which sucks because I need my laptop for every day use.Seller reached out to me for a full refund, which I appreciate that. No complaints so far. Battery went out on my NP940X3N, and this replaced it. Seems to last as long or longer than the original battery, but it's hard to tell because it's been so long since the original had full capacity. It has only been installed for a week so I can't speak to the longevity, but so far I am happy.

I bought another brand about a year ago and it failed already and the last year did not use the laptop alot, so it was in my laptop bag most of the time. The previous one after it was fully charged and you would leave it a few days the overall charge would be down 5 to 10 percent (this was from day one). I charged this new battery fully and then ran it down to about 15 percent and then fully charged it. After about a week not plugged in I checked the charge and it was still at 100 percent (way better than the previous brand already). Batteries take a while to show their quality so it will be interesting to see how this battery performs over the long haul. I am crossing my fingers!
