This was a gift for my father and he absolutely loved it. It was shipped promptly and efficiently and arrived at his house ahead of schedule. It was pristine and packaged well. And, my dad just loved the book. He said it was one of the most fascinating books about Tall Timbers he's come across.

Know Dr. Bruckheimer personally and had the soft cover as a gift. Really puts reader into the story and yet has lots of technical detail and some bits of humor.

Bobby has done an outstanding job of gathering and presenting information on this important part of SE US ecological history and has done so in pleasing literary style
