Great paper for markers
The postman did leave a small dent in the package but seems to work great. I'll buy again as soon as I get low.

Such an underrated brand of paper! I’d definitely repurchase.
I don’t know why The Bee Paper Company doesn’t get a lot of recognition in the art world, because my experience so far in using it has been really excellent. I’m very impressed - and this is coming from someone who has tried out almost every kind of paper going. :)Most marker paper, both cheap and expensive is extremely thin and for me at least, that doesn’t make it nice enough to be used for final work, frameable pieces or for work that you intend to sell. This paper looks very professional and is very similar in appearance and weight to Strathmore’s Smooth Surface Bristol Paper (in the yellow pad) but for a lower cost. The color isn’t a pure, stark white. It does have an off white tinge but it’s not noticeable. I think it’s actually flattering. I don’t personally like white paper that leans more blue-white. I think that can look cheap and that is definitely not the case here. This is a good, sturdy paper; almost like card stock. It certainly feels like a good quality paper to me.I happened to purchase on this particular occasion, as I intended to be making my own planner inserts for my 6 ring binder. I found it goes through my regular inkjet printer without any problem and the ink doesn’t show through to the other side of the page at all.I love using notebooks to jot things down but hate that markers or highlighters can bleed through the page so easily but that’s not the case with this paper, thankfully. When applying moderate pressure with Copic markers, I discovered the ink barely bled through the page (I’m yet to find ones that’s completely bleedproof but hear Yupo paper is pretty great so I hope to try that out with my markers soon). If you were to actually hold a marker to the Bee Paper page in one position for a while, the ink would obviously penetrate through to the other side, no matter what, but even then, it’s minimal. Even Strathmore Bristol will have some bleeding. Just to add, when using pens (I tested both Sakura Micron pens and a regular ballpoint) and when using light, even strokes, there’s no feathering of the lines at all. I’m really impressed. I’d definitely repurchase this paper and keep an eye out for other Bee Paper Company products in the future.

I love Bee paper
I am a big fan of Bee paper. Their products are good quality. I usually use their watercolor paper. But the marker paper does not disappoint. It's just as good quality as their other papers. And it's affordable, but still can hold it's own against pricier papers.Go with Bee paper. You'll be glad you did.

Its just ok
I am constantly hunting for the perfect marker paper. One that allows me to blend colors by not drying too fast and one that doesn't bleed through to the next page.I have both alcohol based and xylene base markers and tested them both with this paper. The paper feels nice and accepts marker well. But it soaks in the ink too fast making blending tough.I didn't have any problems with bleed though. And by bleed I mean the marker didn't get on the page below. You will however be able to see it on the backside of the paper you drew on.Is it the best marker paper? No. But its better than printer paper and stops bleed through.

Size is great to go through a laser printer.
I was glad to find marker paper in 8.5" x 11" size. I'm not an artist, but I've recently discovered coloring books for adults. I found that markers would bleed through the paper in the books so I wanted something that was a little heavier. I scan the pictures from my books and then run them through a laser printer onto this paper. It works well. While it is white it's not the whitest paper. In fact, regular coping paper in my office is whiter. Other than that, it works for me. I was disappointed in the shipping method (and have left separate review for that). It was shipped in a bubble wrap envelope and apparently was dropped on the corner. Every sheet has a crinkled corner and a crease across the corner. Fortunately it doesn't interfere with the picture. I considered returning the pack and getting a replacement, but I'm never going to display my "art," I'm just doing it for me.

Not Good for Dark Copic Colors
I make a lot of mistakes, so I go through a lot of marker paper. I do my sketches on regular copy paper, ink it, scan it in, then print it back out very, very lightly on the paper I intend to color on so that I can still just see my line art while I'm coloring, but it's so light that I can ink over it when I'm done, and ya never know that I didn't just draw it all out right there! Is it cheating? Maybe. I personally believe all's fair in love and war...and art. Therefore, I love that this paper is 8 1/2 x 11. It fits in my B&W laser-jet printer perfectly. And it's great in texture and thickness...as long as I stay with light colors. It takes low saturated markers well--the pastel-type colors--but add anything with a heavier pigment and the layers get muddy real fast. The pigment from the marker starts to leave splotches and spots when you work over it, and if you're really into layering the markers like I am, your picture starts to look quite crappy if you work with too long. The reason is because the paper is SO resistant to absorption that it's like trying to color on linoleum--you just end up pushing it all around until it becomes a goopy mess. So, if you're working with light colors and not expecting to do a lot of layering, it's great. If you're looking to really layer down dark, saturated Copic colors, you're better off using something else.

Great durability, slight bleed, was impressed
I am by no means a professional with copic markers. I just like art in my spare time and decided to try.The blending capability for the markers is great. I haven't tried other papers to compare it to, but I liked the blending. Its durable for that purpose. Doesnt start to shed or thin with a bunch of layers (just let the ink vaguely dry with copics). There is bleed. On the side your using with the marker, it's not a whole lot, but I noticed it looking closely. The back however has a ton of bleed through. You're going to get that if you do a ton of layers, bit even one layer kind of shows through. That being said I like the paper and I use it.

absorve mucha tinta y el mezclado cuesta trabajo
similar a ilustrar en opalina, absorbe mucho y tiende a saturar el color en la segunda capa, me ha costado un poco el mezclar colores por que seca rápido

Amazing and exactly as advertised.
It's absolutely great. I love Bee paper - I bought their marker paper sketchbook a while back and decided to go with this as a change of pace. It fits wonderfully into a printer, and it's great for printing off lineart to then colour with alcohol markers (copic). It doesn't soak in right away, as marker paper is supposed to do to be able to blend, but then it soaks in nicely over time to give a nice look to the artwork.

Excellent paper, especially for the price!
Works really well! For a beginner like me, this paper is enough to satisfy my needs. The color doesn't bleed and the ink barely feathers (can't notice it unless you're looking for flaws). The price and the quality really makes it my go-to brand for when I draw with my alcohol-based markers.

Nice paper
Of course alcohol markers will bleed through. It just doesn't bleed through badly. It's nice and smooth, almost slippery feeling. Not bad for drawing and colouring. Very slight feathering. I find that the blending is not so great. Cardstock seems to work a bit better for that, but if your image doesn't have a lot of large coloured spaces then it's fine. I would use again, but for certain types of projects.

Perfect for Copic markers
Smooth, bright white surface. Perfect for blending markers - doesn't sag/buckle or peel even with heavy coverage and work. As promised, it doesn't bleed through so you can work with confidence.
