I love the product but this was a gift for My daughter for her birthday. She asked me to return it because she received one just like it. I tried yesterday, the day they refund window closed. I still want to return it and will change my star rating if I can return it. Not being able to return it on the day it closed incenses me, especially when it was a gift not needed. I thank you.
