Perfect stapler for my projects
This stapler works just how it should. I used it to recover bar stools and didn’t have to hammer in any staples that didn’t quite go in far enough. Saves so much time!!

Very Good Stapler

Cordless feature makes stapling overhead so much easier.
Purchased to staple bubble wrap aluminum backed insulation to basement ceiling to insulate flooring above. So far working very well.

Long-Lived If A Bit Finicky
This would be a Great staple gun (I've had one for years, but jammed it badly) were it not for the relatively insensitive safety mechanism that usually has me pressing it to a piece of wood to "arm" it before each stapling of softer materials. It also jams a bit too easily, although this may possibly be an artifact of the cheap staples I use.

Great tool, and great customer service
I bought this to reupholster several chairs. It's lightweight, lasts a long time on a charge, and works great for upholstering. I was almost done with the first chair when it stopped working. I contacted the support email, and they responded with troubleshooting steps and asked that I video them. The steps determined the issue, and they promptly sent a replacement tool. I was really impressed, as I was concerned that buying a non-major brand would be a mistake. It definitely was not, and I will consider other Neu Master tools in the future.

Better than the rest.
This is my to go staple gun now, handy reliable and powerful, unlike the previous guns that I owned and they did not last. Plug and charge it every after use even you forgot to turn it OFF, it doesn’t discharge the power. It gas a built in shut off when not in use.

Weak, doesn't penetrate wood chair bottoms.
Meh. Unless you're stapling extremely soft material, softer than wood, the Staples don't penetrate and you have to hammer them anyway. Kind of defeats the point doesn't it? Left about ¼" of staple unsunk. Every time. Boo.

incompatible charger power plug for Australia
Prompt delivery, excellent condition but NEMA connector does not fit Australian/New Zealand standard AS/NZS power points. Disappointing! Can't evaluate operation until I purchase a suitable adaptor. Hopefully all else is ok.
