Amazon has them when everyone wants to "order them in". Nothing special about these. They're just what I needed and nobody had near me. Prime service wins again.

With a little bit of green wire, this clip forms a secure grounding path for electrical fixtures to metal boxes. Useful especially in modifying wiring in older houses. This is a good price for a quantity that should last a long time for the average old house fixer-upper.

I had to look up how to use these. The bare copper wire runs parallel with the clip (and through the center if it), and the little tab on the clip is what you use to push on with a flat head screwdriver to force the clip onto the electrical box. Helpful hint - if you have old electrical boxes that are small in size, don't install the clip on the lower left hand corner where the ground screw is located on the outlet or there might not be enough room to install the outlet (clearance issues). Instead install it on the upper left hand corner. Even more helpful, if only one electrical conduit is coming into the box, use a green ground screw on the the backside of the box with the exposed threaded hole. Then no clip is needed.
